Great design,modern,cosy and very clean hotel. The location is probably one the best pros during my stay in KL. Internet access is charged per hour or per day. This is not great. I think overall this is a very good hotel. A great choice to stay in KL. It's right in the city center and surrounded by shopping malls and major hotels.Taxi is KL is pretty cheap so you can either choose to travel by taxi or monorail cos the station is only a few mins away by walking.
Nightlife Tip : A very nice bar at the hotel and the singers there are just great performers!

Nice room,clean,moder style and great staff. Internet access is not free. The hotel provides great facilities,nice buffet for breakfast and great location for business travelers. The price is reasonable compared to what you get. Staff are also helpful and friendly.
Shopping Tip : Pavillion mall is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and it's a very big luxirious mall. Many restaurants and brand name shops available.

Prime location, beautiful lobby,lively lounge, good buffet spread the restaurant closes to early at 10.30 PM and even the service in the restaurant is poor. The hotel is located at an excellent location having good connection with monorail and central area of KL.I would recommend to stay here simply because of the beautiful lobby, good rooms.Even the main malls are just opposite this hotel and are in walking distance.The Restaurant service needs to improve and also in the rooms some fresh look needs to be given.
Shopping Tip : The shopping malls are just opposite the hotel.

good location, easy to access shopping malls.
There are only 3 elevators. 1 of them was out of service, so only 2 were working. It's not enough for no of guest rooms this hotel has. I had to wait for a while everytime I take elevators. Room is clean and comfortable. They arranged early check in for free. I will stay at this hotel again next time I visit KL.

good buffet breakfast, great location room was okay but needed to be updated stayed on 8th floor pretty average The hotel was a very family friendly hotel in a great safe location. the staff were very helpful at whatever time you required their assistance. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Great buffet breakfast, excellent staff, great pool area and gym Need to improve decor on rooms. Stayed with two children aged 9 and 11, it was a lovely hotel very professional and helpful staff.
the pool area is quite large for a city hotel. Nice and close to major shopping plazas and close to indoor theme park.

Location to shopping area is a reat advantage. A good place to be in with walking distance to Times Square shopping centre and many other shopping areas. A great comfortable hotel with good sport facilities and a great swimming area. A terrific hotel with all the things you require for a good holiday or stay over while travelling. It has very clean and nicely designed rooms with all the things required for a nice stay.It boasts a fridge with a bar,a good sized bathroom and toilet,a large wardrobe for hanging cloths and a most comfortable bed. I particully enjoyed the gymn and large swimming pool with good sun bathing chairs. A really good place to stay for all types of people. I must add that the food is also very impresive with a good selection of foods. It has all the needs of a great stay.

* great breakfast * a little pricy for what it was Set in the heart of KL, this hotel is quite clean and is close to 2 very large shopping centres (1 x factory outlet mall) and the berjaya mall (10 floots, with a roller coaster). Location was very central (Bingtang close by and chinatown a short monorail trip away. Hotel facilities were 5* - breakfast was great and the pool was lovely. Would suit business people. Internet is expensive (but starbucks across the road is free!)
Shopping Tip : Factory outlet across the road is fantastic. Get a shuttle from the airport (15ringet each) and it drops you at the hotel door

Parkroyal hotel is situated at a very good location and is very near to all shopping centres such as KLCC which we enjoyed shopping very much. I do not like the washing basin that is placed in the centre of the room which I think it spoils the whole outlook of the room. We checked into Parkroyal on Saturday (28th March 2009) afternoon at about 4.00 pm and the reception has taken our details and given us the key to our room. However on the nite of 29th March 2009 Sunday at 1.00 am in the morning I heard someone tried to open the room door and I woke up and shouted and asked who was that. When the person heard my voice he left and after a few minutes the phone rang and the reception asked me when did I checked in and they found their there was no records in their computer system that I have checked in and the room was supposedly to be emptied. After a few minutes the phone rang and this time the reception apologise that there was a computer mistake and they manage to capture my records. I told them that this is incorrect for anyone to call at 1.00 am in the morning waking up yr guests and have a fright. After this incident me and my daughter did not have a good sleep becos we are scare that the door might be open again. Hopefully next time the hotel management can be more flexible in checking their rooms and plse do not wake their guests at anytime they think fit. On the whole Parkroyal was a good place to stay for relaxation.
Hope the management will be able to improve their computer system and try not to disturb their guests unnecessarily. Hopefully the next time when I am in KL again shall book the same hotel.

Great location, close to shopping and monorail. Beds were comfortable. Lifts were very slow due to renovation. Housekeeping service not that good. This was the first time I went to KL, the location was very convenient as it was very close to lots of shopping like Sungei Wang and Pavillion. The free shuttle bus to KLCC every morning was and added bonus. The pillows and bed is very comfortable. The only downside was the housekeeping service...i ran out of shampoo, soap, tea, coffee and towels as it wasn't replaced. The lifts were very slow as only 2 out of 3 lifts were working. Overall, the location of the hotel was the great advantage.

the hotel's environment/ infrastructure is still good .. seems the renovation to the lift is never completed and is a constant hassle esp when one is on a rush - needing to get up or down .. from the room or lobby. services is poor and personnel seems to be so arrogant. i hv stayed at this hotel on a few occassion- and i find that its services has gone down compared to the previous visits which i had made especially at the food outlet and also the concierge ... front office.

good food places around The hotel was newly refurbished and it is of a good location
the bar street is near and there are some good night food area around it (you have to make some turns at the corner of streets, ask the stuff)
The hotel is very clean and it was a great stay. However, i think it does not feel like a five start as the rooms are not equipped with bath tub

Convenient location . service is good . good price range pool is small, no steam /sauna... room was a bit small Excellent service when check in. Facilities was nothing to shout about. Pool was too a bit small and hotel does not come with any steam bath or sauna. The attendant on duty ( a young man) was very friendly and makes you feel very welcome.
Location is very convenient along Bukit Bintang, the shopping belt in KL.
The room is neat and clean but a bit small. Generally this hotel is pretty value for money

Close to shopping and transport Choice of food on the room service menu We have stayed there previously and enjoyed every minute ,also was a better selection on the rooom service menu.the ease of acess to the shopping centre's is second to none,the staff were extremely helpful,would highly recommend this hotel to more friends and have had friends stay their with my recommendation and absolutely loved it there.will definetly be going back to stay there again,thankyou
Shopping Tip : Check out sungei wang plaza for the best shopping bargains,feel it is better than china town,also little india had alot more to offer than china town.
