Fab hotel and service
The room was beautiful plus view

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Did not like the open concept of toilet and shower though. Overall my stay was fabulous and the room was very clean, comfortable and pleasant!

We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is comfortable and is well equipped, there is free WIFI in the room . Breakfast in the hotel is very good, there is a lot of selections, from local to western food. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face.

overall, me and husband are quite satisfied with our stays, apart than smaller room provided, everything else is good. room is small but clean and odourless, services at front counter is good too. good location as you can just walk to all the shopping malls at the area. or just take monorail opposite the hotel. basically, we are happy with our stay!

We love this hotel - for its great location that is next to the shopping area, yes, right next to it! Most importantly, it offers free internet wifi in the room!
The room is beautiful and newly furbished, like staying in a brand new hotel - was told by a friend that the hotel has just been renovated not long ago. The staff is friendly and the hotel amenities are very good - nice pool and gym
The breakfast spread is also excellent, with all kinds of spread, there's something for everyone here. I have no complains but only praise for this hotel, even my KL friends say this is a good hotel

Great room and Great enimities
'Happy Hour' from 6pm tp 7.30pm everyday for Orchid Club guests

Initial check-in was very slow and quite exasperating as the concierge on level 6 was not very efficient. We waited for approximately 20 minutes before we managed to get a room of our request. Despite having stated in Agoda our request of a double bed and late check out, the concierge did not mention the stated and went ahead to allocate a twin bed room without asking our preference. He was not experienced. We also had to put in our request again for late check out and was only given up till 1pm, Only 1 hr difference from the actual check-out time. The rest of the stay was very comfortable as the room and service in the lounge more than made up for anything else. The room was awesome, deco and bathroom were very modern and we felt right at home straightaway. We could go out shopping as there are several shopping malls right oopposite the hotel, and once tired, we could head back to put our feet up and enjoy a 1.5 hr break in the Orchid Club lounge where snacks and alcohol was served. Check out was hassle free and quick. Great recommendation for business travellers or even couples wanting a good staycation.
Travel tip:
Be sure to drop by the Orchid Club lounge and soak in the relaxing atmosphere. Take a walk to the shopping malls opposite the hotel and even to KLCC which is linked via overhead bridge from The Pavillion.

A very nice Hotel with excellent service standards

the room was small but adequate as it served our purpose. we merely stayed the night and showered and were out most of the time.
breakfast was absolutely great with a variety of western and local foods, and we were served with warmth and enthusiasm.
excellent concierge and front desk service as staff were polite and helpful.
thanks for the experience. we will call in again if we are visiting k.l
Travel tip:
If taking public transport e.g. mono rail or the commuter trains be aware that there are two separate and different KL Sentral stations, one for the mono rail (connects various parts of the city only)and the other for the Komuter Train which connects other smaller townships or suburbs on the fringes of KL.If using mono rail and the commuter one has to walk from one KL Sentral to the other. I am baffled as to why they call the two different stations the same name and confuse the foreign visitors to their lovely country.
