it was 1st given the room very noisy & it was kinda old room even though it was Deluxe room, but i noticed it was being vacant by sometime. Then we as a changed of room, the hotel was fully booked & could not give us any deluxe room, then we were swifted to another smaller room. it was a quiet room at the end but by paying such amount and we should be given something better.Not down graded our room but upgrade.
Shopping Tip:
sg wang, lot 10, pavillion, farenheit 88 were surrounded at this are.

All the room equipment worked as they should. It is at a great location, off the main bukit bintang and imbi hence away from the noise but within walking distance to everything. A very enjoyable stay. very clean and staff serve with smiles.
Nightlife Tip:
There are planty of clubs & pubs all within walking distance

Great Hotel and hassle free comfortable stay

My flight into Malaysia arrived in the early morning and so I had to check in quite early and was worried that I might not be allowed to, however upon arriving at the hotel was checked in without issues about my early arrival. The reception staff were very polite and sincere. Lobby was nice and lifts, the floor buildouts and the rooms were 5 stars. However the complimentary coffee, creamer and tea provided were budget offerings. Not a big deal for me. The hotel was in Bukit Bintang which is near Sungei Wang plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10 and LowYat and the monorail station.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to many shopping centres

Great hotel in a great location

very nice hotel, conveniently locate near shopping and more shopping. close to monorail station and only a 5 iron away from eat street. comfortable facilities, spacious rooms and all things above and beyond what you would expect from a 4 1/2 star hotel. will defiantly stay again
Restaurant Tip:
Eat street is great - stick to the places that are busy

Great For Location But Tired Room!

I've booked a deluxe king room package for three adults w agoda, on the booking site, it's said we can choose between a king size or a double queen size room. So upon arrival I told the front desk officer that I would to have the double queen size bedroom. But the officer said it was written deluxe king package on the confirmation letters. After some explanation she reluctantly gave us what we wanted. We liked the Contactless card key in the lift to access to the room floors and the rooms as well, it was a breeze compared to those magnetic cards. The rooms looked tired and the shower head holder was broken. But that's fine for me, it was the dusty table around the TV and the oily bedside table that put me off.
I will most likely try out other 5stars hotels in Bukit Bintan area

Great rooms, service and location
The rooms are very nice and the airconditioning is also very effective. The hotel is well located for shopping and restaurants and the staff are always courteous and helpful.

The Orchid Club is really good to relax in and enjoy a drink and snacks after a day of shopping.

Offered upgrade to Orchid Club good move as rooms were better Very helpfull at concierge desk and also very helpfull when asking for directions and letting you know what price to pay for taxis .Would stay there again and recomend to others.

Good Hotel with Friendly staff

This hotel is located near the shopping belt. Walking distance is abt 5mins walk to pavilion.
Hotel is not as high tech.
