The ParkRoyal is a great hotel that needs a little bit of attention to the rooms (in need of a refurb). The rooms on the Orchid Floor were great except our blinds were tatty and didnt open. The internet access is bad - intermittent connectivity and slow

Its a nice hotel, close to two large shopping malls, and a must is the juan alor night food market. We drank the water and ate the food, no problems. Be prepared for a long drive from the airport to the city

I loved this hotel, this is the second time I have stayed here and I recommend it to all my friends. Great value, and best buffet breakfast ever. Nice pool and gym. Lobby is lovely and smells like flowers. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect experience.

So far i had a great stay at the hotel as the staff were friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are clean and bathroom are large. The bed is so big even four people can sleep there.
