Central location & comfortable clean room
very secuite and safe hotel, fast check-in and out, very centralize and can shop & eat relax around day & night

Firstly my 6 nights stay during February Chinese New Year in standard/superior - 1st night room facing main road very noisy & didn't sleep well, so request to change to quiet room which face the mountain, then through out room is clean & with great hot water shower, prefer separated shower & toilet. But uncomfortable pillow as usual which I experienced in many hotel that can caused neck problem the next day.
Secondly, my 2 nights stay in this Deluxe King, don't have any difference to standard/superior room, pillow problem, with spoil hot water shower problem and personally do not like shower with bathtub.
Overall prefer the standard/superior, is quite worth for price. But Staff manner still need to be improved.

The stay at ParkRoyal was excellent as the hotel was in the middle of the major shopping areas. Comfortable rooms as well. Will definitely go back to stay again when I'm in KL. Buffet breakfast was excellent as well. Thumbs up!

This is a hotel where you actually pay for the location, it is very convenient. Near to all major shopping centers like lot 10, Pavillion and Sungai Wang. The room is average but with very comfortable bed, big enough for three persons. We stay floor 19, the corridor is very warm, like no air con. The room is warm too, it took quite some time for the room to become cold. Breakfast is average.

Our stay at the PArkroyal Orchid club suite was extremely comfortable and relaxing, especially after a long day shopping. The staff at the orchid club, especially the manager, were very helpful and friendly and would assist us wherever possible. i recommend staying here, especially for the location and staff.
