Cosy hotel with nice rooms

Is a nice and cosy and well furbished hotel...I like the stable wifi which makes you well connected even though you are overseas.
Location is also excellent with close proximity to shopping malls and eateries. There are ample parking lots and is especially useful for Singaporeans who drives.
Staff are also friendly and nice and very helpful.

Don't be fooled by great photos

We booked hotel very late on, and thought hotel looked reasonable for the price and description of room. Upon arrival we were taken to our 'executive' room. There was nothing executive about it. It was a wheelchair accessible room on ground floor with a wet room bathroom. I went to reception and said we must have been taking to wrong room, but they said no. The serivce at the recption desk was awful (complete disinterest). Worse still, we went to open curtain and open a window to get some fresh air....alas, not window, just a white wall. A hotel with no windows! That's what you get if you book this place....be aware!

Pleasant shopping stay

I had been a loyal customer of ParkRoyal KL. It had been our first priority choice to stay there whenever a family trip was planned. The hotel is walking distance from pavilion. there is a train station nearby as well. i enjoy the hotel breakfast buffet, very splendid and done properly just like a five star hotel.

Great location nice hotel

The room was on the small side but well designed in space usage. Easy to walk to shops and many food halls. Staff friendly and no-nonsense. Close to KL monorail too.

Nice hotel but beds need improvement
Great location in the heart of the shopping belt. Nice modern rooms.

Other than it's excellent location to shopping and amenities...the hotel staff are courteous and room is modern and nice. However, after sleeping 2 nights, both me and my spouse develop really bad backaches. The room tv's max volume has been pre-set so we weren't able to hear the tv programmes when the shower/tap is on or when the low volume is inherent from source.

Great location with good service.
Pool on renovation n was not informed till we check in.

Though the pool was undergoing renovation we are given a complementary late check out upon request as the pool is ready on the day we depart! My children were looking forward to swim in the new removated pool! Overall we are delighted with the service of the hotel! The staffs are friendly and helpful! We'll come back to stay in this hotel in future during our stay in KL!
Shopping Tip:
Next to lot 10, opposite to sungai wang & times square. Near to pavilion with lots of shoppg stores! Great restaurants & varities of food available at the foodcourt! You'll never go hungry!

Great Location, hotel not so great.

Location: Great for shopping and eating! 5-10 mins walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10, Pavilion Shopping Mall,etc.
Hotel Room : A little bit old and smaller than expected. Signs of wear and tear. Had to change rooms on the 2nd day as the phones weren't working. Room given was on the same floor, equally as old and small. However, they had a manager and hotel porter help with the move. We also received a complimentary bowl of fruits.
Room Service : The Western food was good. The chicken rice and beef hor fun, not so much.
Hotel Staffs : Friendly, honest and helpful.
Travel tip:
If you wish to travel around kl in a cab, it is best to take the Red & White taxi and go by the meter. If you get an honest cab driver, you'll save some money..

Very good location, friendly staff

The location is very good. Only 5 minutes to the Pavalion Shopping Center. My room is a single room with a queen size bed. The room is small but well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
