The hotel is nice and they gave us free room upgade. Concierge is helpful, you can ask them if your not familiar to the place you're going and they will teach you the best way to go.
Their buffet breakfast has wide selection. The hotel is near shopping centers. (Bukit bintang)

Great location with great service

i just stayed here for a week.. its a really nice hotel and we definetelly stay in this hotel when we ome back to kuala lumpur.. the location just perfect, its in front of sungei wang.. and its walking distance to pavilion, farenheit, berjaya time square and many shopping malls.. loved the rooms design.. and the staff are very friendly and helpfull..
Shopping Tip:
Its Nice to shop in sungei wang, the products are unique and the price is very reasonable.. If u want to look for branded stuff, u can go to pavilion..

Great location is an understatment

if you are like us and all you enjoy is shop, eat and sleep. you wont find a better location than this. there is like 5 big shopping center near by all walking distance and i mean walking distance. i hate walking im lazy and walking for 10 mins makes me sweat like a pig. but the pavillion shopping center, lot 10, berjaya time square, even petronas towers is nearby. there is a over head walking way that takes you from pavillion shopping center to the tower, and best of all its airconditioned!!
heaps of places to eat if you stay around this location.
hotel room is good size, carpert is alittle dirty but everything is else is pretty good.
we stayed on the 18 level and on new years night it was very noisy until 2am. which was expected.
we spent about 160$ aus a night which was ok value for money.

Great location but small rooms

Very basic room, small and catered for people who just need a place really to sleep and nothing more. Shower and toilet facilities in the room are adequate, but small, clean rooms but noise levels are going to be noisier as the windows are not sound proof and if you happen to be facing the main street during the work week, its something you will have to expect.
Internet is available at a reasonable price for a 24 hour credit period, aircond, towels are also an add on option from the low room rates.

Hotel location is very convenient close to shopping district ie Sungei Wang, Lot 10, The Pavillion, Ferenheit and Berjaya Time Square. Hotel rooms is comfortable clean and big. Room service is slow that you would expect. Breakfast has a good varieties and value for money.

House keeping never do a good job. Not that clean. Concierge is worst very typical lazy malay. There is a shuttle service to klcc. But the concierge will give excuse like no more or fully book or public holiday no service. Very fickle answer.

the hotel is a great hotel. i stayed in during new year eve. due to its location within the most happening part of kl, i get to witness the countdown in front of my hotel room's window.
a great place to be during new year. i will definitely come back the next time i visit kuala lumpur.

The hotel is close to the monorail station and taxis are readily available. The Pavilion Shopping Centre is a few minutes' walk away. The Lot 10 Food Court is just around the corner. Our room was roomy and clean with complimentary newspaper and wifi. The facial I had at the hotel spa was relaxing and of high standard. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely Hotel, Great Location but small rooms

The hotel was located at a very well location in the centre of Bukit Bintang which basically it's easy to get to most of the shopping area in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel's staffs are very helpful throughout my stay there. They might need a few more seating area at the lobby as it's quite hard to get a seat sometime while waiting at the lobby.
