Awesome hotel, good location, value for money!

Overall the stay was good except for the initial check-in when i faced some slight issue with the check-in staff. At 2pm, i was told my room wasn't ready and need to wait for another hour however my 3 other friends already got them room key. After further probing, within a minute, the front desk personnel told me "Oh, room is ready"
Another hiccup we faced was the valet parking, initially we were not allowed to valet park if we do not leave our car keys with the valet guy. We got the concierge manager to intercept and finally all 4 of us get to park our cars without any problems.
Shopping Tip:
The Parkroyal hotel is strategically located as such going to places like KLCC, Pavillion, Sungei Wang, Chinatown is such a breeze... Going by taxi is so near & convenient. And there are quite a few good eateries/restaurants around the vicinity.

Very polite and friendly staff at check in and check out. Give us good directions to food and other shopping tips. We had adjoining rooms which was great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only negative comment I had was the access to the carpark was very narrow! Overall we have an enjoyable stay.

one of my most frequently stayed hotel in kl. while the room amenities is not the top as compare to all the big international brands 5 star hotels, parkroyal kl wins by its location and reasonably standard of room.
superior queen - bar room is my favourite room type being a solo traveller. it could be a bit small if there are more than one person and the design is not the typical hotel room whereby it has an open bathroom design.
location is superb whereby it is righ across sungai wang and with lot 10 on the side. within walking distance to get to berjaya time square and pavillion. while there are lots of other cheaper hotels around the area, parkroyal provides the right level of comfort and standard for me within my price range.

Fun night at kl
The hotel is centrally located to the shopping district. Great for shopaholics out there. The room we got is a corner room so its was a big and spacious room. I like the hotel.

designed for a good night rest. But the receptionist's colleague
was rude with her answer, when I asked for a window room as I am unsure whether my room comes with a window.
