Very Nice Hotel, Great Central Location

This Hotel is located very well in the centre of KL city. It takes about 45min - 1hr taxi from the airport to reach the hotel but that is not bad.
We had some issues on organising the hotle airport transfer but the hotel staff were great in organising complimentary breakfast which was appreciated to overcome our hassle.
The rooms are a decent size but a little simple for my linking. The bathroom was clean and spacious with good extras such as tooth brush and paste, shaving kits etc.
Breakfast was very good with lots of variety

Great locations but rooms are small

Service at the hotel could be a little bit better..we asked and a note was added by reception staff about putting us on a higher and quieter floor but when we checked in we were told all rooms were booked and we had to be put onto a noiser floor.

1st time at parkroyal in kl. the location was very good and check-in was fast. it is a good, clean and comfortable place to stay in. however, there are noticeable wear/tear on the future in the room that i was given, which suggest the maintenance of the hotel was lacking a bit.

Lovely Hotel

The hotel is well located in the middle of the shopping area, just beside Lot 10 Shopping centre and 5 minutes walk to Pavilion.
Their room service team was quite polite and I was pleased that their kitchen offers full menu throughout the night, which i ordered their pizza for a late supper.
Overall, a pleasant stay and will choose this hotel for the next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping malls Lot10 and Sungei Wang Plaza. Pavilions and Time Square are within walking distance. There is free wifi in the room. There are ample parking spaces and you have no problem unloading your stuff if you drive there. Rooms are big and clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The LRT is just opposite.

Have stayed here numerous times over the years and never been disappointed with service. The City Centre proximity is ideal for short stay corporates and next to all shopping outlets.
