its a wonderful hotel, elegance, luxury and so quiet.
everything was perfect and i was surprised when i saw the studio.....
i have only one notice about the brakefast its not suitable
for a five stars hotel...

hotel was good stayed with 3 friends and we were comfortable. it was walking distance to the malls and only a 5-10min walk to the petronas towers. only downside was there was some construction going on in a building close by.

overall is moderate with the new paint smell which may affect the asthma patients as well. However, the skypool is fantastic but isolated. Guest parking is doubtful secured.

Warm & friendly hotel with efficient staff

the hotel staffs were friendly and approachable when we have questions to enquire while visiting kl. the in-room dining service was quick and efficient. the check-in & check out processes were smooth & hassle-free. the apartmment atmosphere was superb! felt like home. all equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. they also have 2 swimming pools with 2 jacuzzi. one that is located at level 1. the other has a bird's eye view of kl, at the top level which is only for adults age 18 and above :)
the only down side of the stay was that the safe tends to malfunction and that the breakfast menu was very limited.
but fret not, the apartment is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and food stalls. even klcc pavilion & farenheit mall, along with other malls at bukit bintang are located within walking distance from the apartment. so you won't be hungry!
most of all, i'd give a 9/10.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take the monorail/lrt when travelling to klcc twin tower/ berjaya times square. waaaaay cheaper than the taxi fare!

Lovely hotel with good location

we stayed at the 2 bedroom superior apartments and i must say that the stay there is fantastic. the location is convenient which is close to bukit bintang for shopping and jalan alor for nice delicacies. the rooms are nicely furnished. the breakfast provided are just average, though i wished they have more variety of food provided. on the whole, it has been a fabulous stay with park royal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The food at Jalan Alor is very delicious and has a nice spread of food.

great place, beautiful rooms, great pools, and awesome location close to most sights. the only minus is that the breakfast is not as amazing as the rest of the hotel (but still delicious). that being said, with all the eating options in the area, you won't go hungry.

good buut needs improvements

It’s newly opened suites. Recipients are very nice and smiley. Rooms are large enough. We had problems with path rooms and laundry/dryer machines that required us to move to other room. Breakfast was nice with limited choices. Location some what is acceptable.

this was our second stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. the rooms are a good size and have all the necessary amenities, if you were staying longer you may wish to request a room with washing machine and dryer but there are laundry facilities in the hotel.the bed was very comfortable and the room clean.parking is in the basement and is free for your stay, wi-fi is also free. there are a lot of shopping malls, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and there are 2 monorail stations approximately within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. breakfast was adequate but very busy so we didn't go every morning. the gym is well equipped. we will certainly return.

Lovely, Nice & Comfortable

everything is nice, comfortable, clean.... it make u feel like at home. nearby there is alot of nightlife & restaurant.
shopping is nearby within walking distance.
parking is an place wherby u don't have to worry whether full anot.
