arrived at the suites as last stop over on way home to melbourne we had also picked up a friend along the way. on arrival the staff were great and upgraded us for free to a 2 bedroom suite with a separate study, lounge room and kitchen. we had booked for 2 guests and they allowed us 3 with no additional charge. each room included a plasma tv and the master bedroom had an en-suite. this was a very comfy and cheap stay and would definitely stay here again if in kl. hotel was in great location with bintang bukit, chinatown and petronas towers only a short walk.

This is very new hotel apartment , the room is really big for us, we enjoy so much in Parkroyal Serviced Apartment , we would like to stay here again when we are in Kuala Lumpur.

The suites are fantastic for the price. There is lots of room, the bed is comfortable, it has two lounge chairs for relaxing, the bathroom has two shower heads (one over a bath), the kitchen is great for long stays and the free bottled water each day is great. There are two pools, the top floor one is off limits for kids, which is nice. Location is excellent - a 7 min walk to all the shopping you could want, including great food - hawker stalls, food courts and restaurants. The breakfast is plentiful, and included, with both Continental and Asian available. There was some renovation work being done while we were there but we were given plenty of notice and we chose to stay away while this was happening. We will definately stay here when we go back.

What a perfect hotel in every way

We just loved this place! After 8 - 10 stays in Kuala Lumpur at five or so different hotels this is definitely our new favorite. Its a great alternative to a normal hotel. The studios are large and very comfortable, well appointed with several design features in the bathroom and kitchen, the bed very comfortable and many rooms - including ours (2408) have great panoramic views including a very nice (partial) view of the iconic Twin Towers. The kitchen is perfect for short or medium term stays. The location couldn't be better: moments away from Bukit Bintang and all the shopping centers there, across the street two good Indian 24-hour restaurants, 24 hour 7-11's nearby and steps away from a monorail station. The staff was very friendly, caring, helpful and efficient. The room has all the modern electronics: flatscreen TV with good channel selection, fast internet, a dvd player with home cinema installation. With two pools - one rooftop and one on the 1st floor - and a nice small gym with quality workout and cardio machines the hotel offers good opportunities for relaxation. We really loved it and can't wait to return.

My Fiance and I stayed in Park Royal Studio Superior Suite for 2 nights. We are amazed by the nicely decorated room with a walk in wardrode and an open concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking pot and pans. We even bought noodles to cook as our supper just to use the kitchen!
It's also a must to visit the skypool at the 31st level. Nice pool and nice view!
However, the the vsriety of the breakfast can be improved. They have the same food for 2 days!
The hotel is situated at a very good location. All the shopping malls are situated within walkable distant.
Will definitely go back to Park Royal Serviced Suites for our next trip.

new property. friendly staffs. the moment we opened the door, we got a shock!!!! shock in a good way. the room was very spacious, long in shape. a very large fridge, boiling pot. frying pan, full kitchen set and cutlery. totally impressed!!large flat screen tv. 2 aircon in room. bed was so comfortable. highly recommend!!!
Nightlife Tip:
Lots of eateries and pubs and bars nearby. Avoid jalan alor. The food are all done by myanmar workers.Not up to the malaysian standard
