the service is good
the 31th swimming poor is amazing

the room size is good, but the hot water has restriction to use. sometime we need to have a cold shower. however, the service is good, the phone can collect the laggage and book a taxi to airport which is very cheap. very comfortable room to live and the the location is near to shopping center.in additon, near the train station is another adventage. but a little far walk to the twin tower.

Great value and spacious suite
Our suite was very large and well laid out. We enjoyed the space and the ability to make snacks for ourselves in the kitchen.

The hotel lobby staff were very helpful and breakfast was simple but adequate with a mixture of asian and european food. We could not access the rooftop bar and swimming pool which was disappointing. We did some laundry in their laundrette and this was a huge help.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a street nearby with a good selection of bars and restaurants, including an Irish pub! We enjoyed Spanish Tapas one night and Cuban food another night.

It was regret we had to depart Parkroyal Serviced Apartments to return to Australia. Wished our stay in such lovely surroundings could have been longer. We give top marks for our wonderful stay. It was described as a continental breakfast, but should be listed as banquet breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble with all staff. We had a moment of panic with our credit card not working, but one of the staff quickly put my partner at ease when he tested the card. We shall certainly be staying at the same address when we return next year. The location is ideal and is walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions including Twin Towers and Starhill Gallery.
Shopping Tip:
Make certain you vist Starhill Gallery.....a wonderful collection of bars and restaurants and wonderful music played during the day and night. We visited this venue several times.

Security of these hotel apartments meant we could leave the car safely and walk everywhere for the weekend to restaurants, concerts and cafes. Rooms are compact but more than adequate with great bathrooms, wardrobe and anything necessary for a few days stay. Located in a quiet street, rooms are peaceful at night and this hotel has a rooftop area for summer BBQ's with great views over the ocean at St Kilda and the Palais Theatre. Will definitely stay there again and can recommend to other couples.
Shopping Tip:
St Kilda precinct boasts edgy, eclectic and funky shopping and eating.

One thing to remind: if you take a taxi to the hotel, drivers may not know this place or may mix it up with the Parkroyal Hotel, better to tell drivers to go to Istanna Hotel, which is opposite to this Serviced Suites

We had a wonderful stay in Parkroyal serviced suites. Our s=uite was beautiful with a lovely kichenette. It had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and other crockery and cutlery! It was like a small home for three of us. The rooms are clean and well maintained with a LCD television too!
The breakfast served was sufficient and appetizing!
Would definitely stay here again !
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
KL has a wonderful transport system and this hotel is near monorail station. We did almost all our sightseeing through pblic transport system. The hotel is centrally located, hardly five mins walk from KL tower and about 2 kms from Petronas towers. And 10 mins walk to Bintankg walk the main shopping area. The monorail is also well connected to another important shopping area - the Petaling street - just a few stops away from the hotel
