The hotel is located centrally and easy to get to from the city and airport. The facilities are very basic for a hotel and rooms are clean and big. The tour desk is poorly organised though and should have better organised tours.Staff eventhough not top notch went to all extend to be helpful and courteous.
Good location and located very close to city. Convenient and easy to locate
Need to improve on service. Have inexperince front desk and not very helpful staff at the restaurant.
- Shopping Tip : Within 10mins to major mall. The mid valley mega mall and the Sunway Pyramid mall.

Good value for money.
- Travel tip : My package didn't come with breakfast but you can always find cheap food near the hotel. I was a bit surprised Starbucks was inside the hotel. Many cab drivers knew the hotel so it must be a famous one for Malays.

This hotel is located on the fringe of PJ. It is a nice quiet location withut the hastle and bustle of city traffic. Staff was generally helpful with acceptable level of cleanliness.
1. No traffic jams
2. Big rooms and toilet facilities
3. Staff helpful.
