It was average. Hotel rooms were old fashioned. Flushes in toilets were not working. Room service was slow.

The rooms were quite big and clean but the area along a very busy street and can get quite congested. However, there are some shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a row of happening pubs further up the opposite side of the road in a development called scotts garden. Great place to hang out and party.

The rooms were ok, old, but clean. The location is along Old Klang road which is very busy and very jam during peak hours. There are some shops nearby to buy some necessities, but nothing special for shopping unless you take a cab to Mid Valley Mall which is about 10 mins away (if no jam) A lot of tourbus type of tourist stay here and the hotel can be very busy.

This time it was a great disappointment.
near my relative's house. parking facilities was good and easy to find food.

This time very disappointd. Toilet was choked 2 times during the stay. Repair was carried out only after 5 calls. We even found bedbugs in the closet. Safe did not function, I request for a non-smoking room but was given a room wi4h ash tray. Did not expect such problems and my extra guest was really disappointed.
I sincerely hope you will the necessary action to improve the situation.

Smoking still prevelant in hotel rooms. even after cleaning smell still lingers. The lobby area is a bit of a mess with no clear signs to the reception counters and smell of food from lobby area does permeate to the higher room floors. The room is large and does afford a good view overall.
