The hotel is not very expensive and has good clean rooms. It is good for short stays and does not involved lots of moving around. Not easy to get around as this place has lots of traffic. Food and dinning is not a problem as there are eating places all around. The general area is not very clean, rubbish can be seen everywhere and sometimes big rats can be seen running around. The room is comfortable and well stocked with all the toiletries. Traffic is always bad in this area.

Hotel in a great location with a normal breakfast. Easy to reach from airport. A lot food stall near the hotel. Large room and suitable for family stay and business.

this hotel must have seen better days in the 90s or even the 80s. its reception, furnishings, rooms, lifts and restaurants take you back to those years, literally, as it appears to have been un-renovated since then. it takes 10 mins by car to get there from the mid-valley mega shopping mall and the main roads in front of the hotel are congested during the peak hours. the hotel reception houses an unusual mix of public cafes and it's adjacent to an old and quiet shopping centre.

Far away from everything in KL
They gave me the room on 22nd floor of hotel which is newly renovated and was good as compared to other

The hotel is quite far away from the city. The business center closes early and they had no printer. There are far better options available in KL in the same amount of money. I booked this hotel on last minute when there was no availability on same dates at good rates in other more centrally located hotels.

Short stay at Pearl International during summer
The rates that Agoda & the hotel provided were quite a good value. There's a shopping centre downstairs which make buying things so convenient and Starbucks is just right next to the main entrance. Great place to surf internet at the hotel lobby. The room that i had special request was fulfilled! It's really spacious and the items that they provided were comparable to 5 star utilities, except mini fridge was not available. However, quite a nice night view from the window and the air condition was cooling to make you comfy.

The car park was way too scary especially for female visitors, too dark at night, can't locate where's the ticket paystation due to no proper signages. Some renovations/maintenance were going on hence the whole car park were isolated with caution stripes, needless to say no parking space available but yet charges still applies! Breakfast chit was not provided upon check in, food was not attractive neither tasty in the breakfast corner. Corridor of the hotel rooms were poor lighted and tv channels inside the room quite limited plus with a bad signal so not much entertainment available cause can't find the pool.

Avoid this hotel. There was no air conditioning in my room. Moved twice to find out there was no A/C on two floors. Front desk was no help. I left 3 days early to get some A/C. By the way, it was 90 degrees outside and 11o degrees in the room. A disaster....

1階にスーパーマーケットやショッピングモールが併設されており、買い物とかは便利です。

一番の問題はトイレでした。設備の老朽化でしょうか、ロータンクのサイフォン機能がうまく働かず、流れない、流れにくいという部屋が多すぎました。その為に３回以上部屋を変えました。（事前にフラッシュをチェックしてくれといっても、確認が十分出来ていないまま案内するという具合い。）
