Nice hotel, friendly staff but considerable noise.

staff were helpful and friendly. rooms were clean, comfortable and well provided. empty mini-bar is sensible as it provides cooling facilities but avoids the need for checking.
the down side was the very loud noise from the bar non the ground floor.
breakfast facilities are very poor, particularly if staying for more than a single night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Petronas towers, telecom tower and great shopping facilities are all within easy walking distance of the hotel.
Monorail very close.

Worth for staying

The hotel is good, facility is quite ok and the room is clean. Just walking outside the hotel, there're lots of restaurant and shopping malls from average to premium. One thing is that breakfast is served at 8am and sometime you have to wait for 15 minutes because they forget your order. Just take note in case you go for business trip, then you have to skip breakfast because of no time.
One thing, when you need to take taxi to airport, should ask receptionist in advance in the morning or the night before. Otherwise concierge will take you to taxi outside the hotel and the fare is much higher than normal.

The hotel is near Petronas tower, you can walk to this Malaysian symbol to take photo

Great location with nicely equpiied room
Great location, near monorail station and within walking distance to all major shopping malls

Nice service, net and clean. Nicely equppied with hair-dryer, free wifi, coffee making machine. Room is small but sufficient.
Travel tip:
Request for a higher level room as there was a bar below, can be noisy at night

Great Location, Clean Rooms

The rooms are very fantastic actually. Very new furniture, and greater bathroom, although some people don't like the open concept of the sink. The location is fantastic also, being situated on Bt Bintang, it is in the heart of KL's shopping belt. We have Pavilion just across the road, and around the corner on the other side you have Sungei Wang and BB Plaza. Basically everything is within reach!

Great hotel, right in the center
in the center,cloth to the biggest shopping mall,many restaurants nearby

This hotel right in the city center,near huge shopping mall, also the train station just in 2 min. Many restaurants and cafes on the street. Not too expensive,and room is quit clean. I would stay there again if travel to Kuala Lumpur.

good service provided by the hotel. friendly and efficient. rooms were extremely neat and clean. although there was no food from the hotel, they provided food service from a nearby cafe,which was alright. great hot spot to be at. in the heart of bukit bintang, nearby all those clubs and pubs. a place to chill out in.
Nightlife Tip:
Many clubs and pubs nearby. Great for nightlife spots.
