Great hotel
Great location, easy access to public transport
7.7
The hotel is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang with Fahrenheit 88 sits right beside you and Pavilion just across the road. You can easily find tons of good food around this area with reasonable price like Lot 10 Hu Tong or if you have your own transport, try out the breakfast at Yut Kee (Jalan Dang Wangi) or Bukit Bintang Pasar.
Monorail (Bukit Bintang station) is just around the corner and bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance.

Excellent Location with smiling staff
8.7
hotel location is excellent. just next door to lot 10 and opposite pavillion shopping mall. room is very well maintained. service staff is full smile. even if there is no business centre or gym or a pool, the hotel is good value. the best hotel in kl so far.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxis are a aplenty but majority do not want to use metre. Its very bothersome to haggle for a good price. However, the traffic jams could make up for the non metre travelling

The hotel was just next to farenheit88, 5 minutes walk to pavillion and a station away from times square which took us less than 10 minutes to reached. It's a very strategically located hotel, and a very nice and clean room. The concept of the room is very modern. It's a place we definitely will be staying next time.
Shopping Tip:
Ferenheit88 which is next to the hotel has various shopping mall and eatery which you could spend an hour or two without feeling bored. The Sakae Sushi which serve the best sushi in town was just at Ferenheit88. Apart from that, we also went to Ding Tai Fung at Pavillion which has the best eastern food especially their xiao long bao and stewed beef noodle.

Was a really nice hotel to stay in, staff were relativly friendly, best feature was that the monorail was just a short walk away and also a massive shopping centre called "Pavillion".

Great location and friendly staff
7.7
we love the great location of the hotel for its easy access to many nearby shopping malls & eateries. it's just less than 5 minutes walk to pavilion and sungei wang. lot 10 & fahrenheit 88 are just stone-throw away. taxi to airport is easily available.
the counter staff and concierge are friendly and helpful. hotel provides room wifi services. room is clean with comfortable queen-size bed and laminated floor, toilet & bathroom are separated & clean. the room which we stay is non-smoking & has a nice view facing kl tower.
the hotel does not provide in-house restaurant services, however, food can be easily found nearby. will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again.

Lovely hotel
has the bathroom, toilet and basin separated
7.3
Overall it was quite good. The first room we're in was stale and very smelly. Thinking it might be better after a while, we went out for lunch and shopping, but when we got back, the smell was horrendous. That was when we called the reception to request for a change of room. Soon after, we were transferred to another room a level above. This time round, even though it’s also an executive room, it’s much smaller. The sofa was stained and full of feathers. After putting in an extra bed, it’s literally small to move about.
Shopping Tip:
Very convenient location to the malls. The night gets much livelier if you prefer to hang out at night.

Awesome room layout
Separate cubicles for the bathroom, basin and toilet.

it was a great stay with piccolo, but it could have been improved further. as compared to the other hotels i have stayed, the receptionist here isn't as friendly and approachable, and the lady who attended to my queries was a bit impatient upon me asking several more questions, but the price of this hotel as compared to some others which i have stayed previously is definitely at least 4-5 times more expensive.
Shopping Tip:
Within walking distance to the mall, doesnt have to take the railway train
