Upon arrival, we were greeted by the bell boy. He helped us carry the things up into the lobby. Reached the reception counter, but was told that twin-bed rooms were not available, so I had to go ahead with the queen-bed room.
Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was top notch. The room floors had some fragrant scent, which was very pleasing.
The room's sink was in a weird location tho (outside the bathroom).
Everything else were great!
