Great location and lovely room

i will definitely stay here again when i return to kl. best hotel in town. it is walking distance to major shopping centers and food places (close to alor), and the monorail station, and the room is spacious, super clean, adorable with great views. friendly staff too.

Pretty hotel at great location

This hotel is simple yet pretty. The location cannot get any better. It's right in the middle of Bukit Bintang area where everything is happening. The room is very pretty, nice and clean. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.
Only one thing I found a bit lacking. The name sign of the hotel. I was entering the area by the monorail, and had to ask around while in fact I was standing right in front of the hotel. Turns out the sign was very high above on the building which probably is for those traveling in with a taxi. But if you're on foot, you would miss it easily.
I didn't realize that we booked superior room which means no king-size. But the manager on duty was very understanding. Although we checked in at around 11 pm, she was very helpful. We got upgraded to a deluxe room just because I asked for a king-size bed!!
Restaurant Tip:
The nearby jalan Alor serves great food starting at 6 pm into the night. Behind the hotel, you'll also find many food choices. Just ask the hotel staff for direction!

Amazing Hotel - Friendly and Clean
Safe, Secure, Friendly Staff, Great size and clean room for Independant Traveller!

-Great Service
-Spacious room
-In-house laundry
-I never ate at hotel but amazing bar/restaurant out the front of hotel serve food and drinks till 3am.
Shopping Tip:
The Pavillions is great for shopping and Lot 10 has a fabulous food court worth checking out! Great location for shopping and the monorail and the tour bus stops right out the front of the hotel.

I always stay here in KL due to close shopping areas - high end designer and budget concious shops.
Awesome location and rooms do not disapoint
Many eating places to suit most budgets.
Great location for night spots as well
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to BB Plaza and Pavillion Mall and many more places

Would recommend to friends. Will stay there again whenever in KL. Really enjoyed he room and courteous staff although the service was a little slow.

I keep returning to this hotel

this is my fourth (or is it fifth) stay at the piccolo, and i can only say it only gets better each time. the location always does it for me and, having stayed at some other places in the vicinity, the large windows and bright rooms makes it a cheerful place to return to after a hard day's worth of meetings. only con is that the dance music from the lebanese pub on the ground floor is really loud and can go on til late, so choose a room on the higher floor.
