Good Hotel Great Location
Nice hotel, great location

I stayed in the hotel with my family, during our short-trip to Malaysia. At first it was hard to look for the hotel, it was next to Lot 10 mall :p The room is really nice and clean.
I would recommend going to this hotel again. the price is nice.

Great location with massive rooms

During the checkin, we were given the smallest of the executive room. It seems that it was built from increasing size at the executive wing.
After explaining to the front desk that after adding the additional bed (with the young child), the room has no walking space, we were quickly given another room (one of the largest in the executive wing).

hotel had limited features, sound proofing wasn't great between rooms and corridor but double glazed windows kept out the noise of bb.

the staff are friendly and the location is just great for shopaholic - pavilion, fahrenheit, lot 10 & sg. wang are all within 5 mins walking distances. the room is just nice and clean.

Convenient and comfortable
Good location, clean, new and special style of decorationi, good service

besides the good position, clean and new decoration, the service is also very good. when we enquired at the front desk about the way to twin tower, the hall manager told us 3 different ways by lrt, mono train and on foot, he explained the details very kindly and give us a new map.

good location: 2 minutes walk from bukit bintang kl monorail station. in the center of shopping/commercial area.
new and neat: new or seemed recently renovated and neat, it was a comfortable room with a enough space.

This hotel is simple yet located at the best part of Kuala Lumpur. you can go to the heart of Shopping in Kuala Lumpur easily without any problem..

we arrived after midnight and we were told that our superior room was not available. therefore we got the free upgrade to deluxe room. the room is just amazing! big and nice design. bed is very comfortable.hotel is in a good location, we can stil have good food even though it was midnight.overall,i hav a very pleasant stay at this hotel and will definitely come back in future.
