Comfortable - large and cosy
No views- high rise building next door

we were attended to as soon as we arrived at the hotel.our bags were held in storage as our room was not ready
we were given a time of 2 pm for our room to be ready - we returned at 1.30pm and found our room was ready
the reception desk arranged for our bags to be taken to our room
we found all staff and employees very friendly and helpful
the room was spaces and confortable and we would stay there again

the location is great, right on bukit bintang with short walk to all the major shopping centres. the room was nice.... and great value for the price. the staff were very friendly and helpful too. have been to kl 9 times previously and stayed at a different hotel every time.... this one is definitely the best value for money. it's not total luxury but extremely good value for the price paid. will definitely look into staying at this hotel next time in kl, well worth it.

in my opinion its barely a 4 stars hotel. the rooms are so small, and their design is just weird. someone didnt think about the bathrooms befre designing i guess.
