stayed at this hotel for one night. received a free upgrade to an executive room. room was very big and clean. breakfast wasn't included but plenty of choices just outside of the hotel.

In the heart of the shopping town
In the middle of the shopping town, everywhere is a walking distance

nice and modern setting hotel. worth the money for just a night's stay. everything from shopping to eating and even to watching movies are just a walking distance. driving would be a hassle as the traffic there is forever busy.
Restaurant Tip:
Try out the different restaurants they have to offer there. Cheap and afffordable.

The location is really great i have to tell you guys. It's really central and very near to all the shopping mall. And you can find a lot of great food near this hotel such as jl.alor, or if you want go to Pavilion Mall, it's only 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
And also, it's very near to Bukit Bintang monorail. Probably just around 3-5 minutes walk also. But well, we almost got lost when we first arrive by the monorail. The hotel sign is too small if you come from the Bukit Bintang monorail.
Overall, we enjoy our stay. But the room is a bit too small. And they forget to make up our room.
Anyway, i rate this hotel 7.5
Restaurant Tip:
There's a lot of food stall in Jl. Alor, very near the hotel. And also try the foodcourt in Pavilion mall. The food very cheap and tasty.

great location . just 1 minute walk to mrt bukit bintang and shopping center . room is well renovate but wall is too thin . you can hear next room and people walking pass your room.

quite disappointing, lack of replacement of towels every morning.
request for additional pillows have to pay. room rates are not cheap, comparable to the surrounding hotels but a good service provider like the others.

except for the good location, nothing to take about.
