The room I had was incredibly clean and tidy. It also had free internet, which ran at a reasonable speed.
The service was fantastic, right from reception, the security, to housekeeping. The location is awesome, as it is located on a Monorail stop (Bhukit Bintang).
The restaurant down stairs had some great food.
Shopping Tip:
Plenty of shopping within walking distance of Piccolo.

i really enjoyed my 2 days at this hotel. it is well loctaed in the ehart of bukit bintang with easy access to eating houses, shopping malls etc. the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very neat and tidy although a bit small. love the shower in each room. ofcorse the free wi fi was also very helpful. will def stay here again.
