Well. What i want to emphasize the pro of this hotel is the strategic location which located in golden tri-angle of Kuala Lumpur. Walking distance to Pavilion, Sg Wang, Lot 10 and etc. Besides, room is comfy, spacious and the staff are all friendly. Worth to stay. Definitely will come back in my next visit.

Superb location, very short walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10, monorail station, food courts, eateries and restaurants. Hotel well kept. Very fast check-in and check-out. Conciegre was friendly but can be more knowledgeable and helpful. Housekeeping staff did not provide adequate toiletries on a daily basis even when we requested for them. On the whole, a very pleasant stay.

I don't like the wash basin in the open. Gives you that lack of privacy.
You have to pay for extra pillow and bath towel. It makes you feel as though the hotel anticipates that you will steal them. Does not give you the good feeling that you are
welcomed to the hotel.

The location was the real attraction to take the hotel. The car park was small but there security guard on duty. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. There is no gym and swimming pool. Staying there is just for shopping and dining purposes. Pubs are near by.

I'm happy to stay in Picolo Hotel b'cos of its central location in the heart of shopping malls & food area but most important is the rates is reasonable. The carpet along corridor looks old. The lobby especially the restaurant/pub area at the entrance facing main road need to brighten up as it's way too dark and look sleazy.
