Free internet and Parking. Rooms are splendid with great walking distance to shopping. Though Hotel does not come with much facilities but with Great service and location, It's worth every cents.
Shopping Tip:
5 min walk to the grand Parvilion shopping ctr.

went KL for friend's wedding dinner around Pavilion Shopping Centre, it's just minutes walk to Pavilion and H&M. The hotel is clean with special washing area.

great location, in the heart of Bukit Bintang shopping district with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, lovely spacious boutique hotel rooms with a marine life theme

- they eliminated room service for food and outsourced it to an outdoor restaurant outside the hotel

Excellent location to anywhere worthy in KL

I am a repeat customer of Piccolo because the location is very good for the places that I frequent (Bukit Bintang, Lot 10, Pavillion) and it's literally minutes away from a train station. Good clean rooms as always and free working wifi. No hassles. Only thing that marred my stay were noisy adjacent rooms (people from China).
Nightlife Tip:
Once you step out of this hotel, you can either head to Pavillion where there are pubs and if there's a footie match (EPL) that night, they will show it on the huge screen. Going the opposite direction will bring you to the Bukit Bintang area - lots of pubs and action going on.

Nice hotel in the heart of KL

This is a fine hotel, but you don't get a whole lot for your money. The location is great and the room was clean. But we noted paper-thin walls and rather odd room layouts. We had no view. On the other hand, it was well situated to explore KL downtown and the staff was reasonably friendly.
