Clean and quick lobby service
Location! Near Jalan Alor, Lot 10 and Pavillion

Excellent location, quick check in and our service. Room service is way too slow though. Asked for power adapters and towels. Had to wait for about an hour and kept calling. Hotel use to be cheap, but starting to get expensive without any increase to the quality. Wonder if it is only because of the location?

i stayed here many times, usually the service is good. but check in this time was done by a lady and she just didn't care; none of my requests were acknowledged nor responded. other than that, everything's good.

Clean spacious and comfy room

Centrally located in Bukit Bintang, just a couple of minutes walk away from Pavillion and many other malls and eateries. Rooms are clean and spacious. Except on Saturday night it can be noisy due to clubs below. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

We stayed in a normal room and still able to include an extra bed for my daughter. The room is clean, the design of placing the basin in the living room is very special and it is good to have the WC and shower area separated.Staffs are very helpful and friendly, before leaving, we were hoping not to have excessive over weight luggage, the concierge staff helped us to weigh it in their office since there's no weighing machine in the room. Will definitely stay again.

Right at the center of KL golden triangle

Just stayed there to sleep. Didn't get the chance to sample the hotel restaurant menu. Even though the noise from outside were very minimal, the "humming" sound from airconditioner and halogen bulb can be at times, annoying. Everthing else is as expected from this type of hotel.
Recommended for those who just need a good, safe place to put their stuff/bags and sleep.

I was very happy with Piccolo hotel. Rooms are large, trendy and very comfortable. The hotel is located right in the golden triangle on Bukit Bintang, so perfect for shopping and going out.

We stayed in the Piccolo Hotel for 2 nights. Location of hotel is excellent as it is within walking distance to Pavillion, Times Square Berjaya and Sungei Wang. The train station is about 10 walks from the hotel. The street fronting the hotel is very vibrant at night, brightly lit, full of life with people walking. There is a pub just outside the hotel which plays Arabian music all night long. Plenty of restaurants serving middle eastern food nearby. If you are looking for convenience to food, shopping and night life, this is the hotel to stay.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are looking to try local food, Hutong Food Court is in the basement of Lot 10 and Food Republic is in the basement of Pavillion. Take note that there is a goods and services tax charge at Hutong Food Court, first time I have encounted in a Food Court.
