the locations is at the famous bukit bintang street, overall stay is good but the hotel does not provides it own breakfast, but not a problem since alot of restaurant along the street.

Overall, Picccolo Hotel is located at an excellent location where Lot 10 and Pavillion are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and I was given the room at 10am!

It was a good and enjoyable stay. It is a safe place and additional plus points for very helpful staffs.

so much enjoy the stay with piccolo since day one of their operation. the staff is very prolite and helpful. location is great in the middle of bukit bintang ..so great ...a bit upsad about the breakfast at al ami, that the worst breakfast i had, coffeeclub has the best breakfast although set menu.

lovely hotel, fantastic location for shopping! walking distance to most shopping centers. front desk staff unhelpful. requested another bed as there was 3 adults and when we got there they said there was none available!! however one turned up? front door also wouldn't open on the 3rd day and they blamed the user however after convincing them to come and try it themselves they found out it was broken. also bar downstairs is extremely noisy, we were on the 9th floor and the music was very loud, bring ear plugs!

great service, fast and unlimited wifi. nice rain fall type shower
just don't sit at "le opera resto" at the lobby area while waiting for friends coz apparently you need to order if you need to sit there - rude waiter will shoo you off haughtily :( so i just stood near the door area (after a long/tiring day in the conference). we were going to eat out in jalan alor, best food/dishes tasted during the entire stay :) - just walking distance from the hotel and cheap too without the snotty le opera waiter

Hotel location is great. It is just opposite Pavilion. It comes with free wifi too. If you are driving, the hotel has more car park lotsthen most small hotels and it does not jam up the entrance. The room size is ok, but the washing basin is awkwardly situated in outside the toilet and bath room. Any ane coming to your room would know what tooth brush, tooth paste, cleanser you used. And there are no place to hang your cloths when you want to bath.
