excellent location and very decent new rooms

best location with all major shopping malls within walking distance such as pavilion, frarenheit, bb plaza, lot10, time square. Unique room design with sink in the room some like the idea i hate it due to privacy but the rooms are big and modern.
theres a bar downstairs which opens very late and has live music n dancers. The prices are very high at least $5 for horrible coffee.
But good place to chill late at night

Everything was ok except cockroach. Very friendly staff, fast service. I think that hotel was the best, several years ago, but now is just one among of many. My conclusion - 7 from 10.

room was ridiculously design n dirty
location,nitelife n shopping

no plan of staying there again.hotel not worth the money n staffs are not friendly,just like staffs at most european hotel.internet very slow for my standard.if u stay in bukit bintang area,avoid taxi that waiting along the road side as this are cut throat taxi.tips..stand by road side n stop moving taxi,this taxi using fare meter charge.avoid indian taxi driver too as their taxi are mostly very dirty,smelly n old.

When I arrive @ the hotel I feel that the hotel is old and run down. But when I'm in the room thing are better room is clean big and have a view of the shopping centre around it. The hotel don't really have a nice outlook or food place but its ok as it's around all the big shopping mall in town so u doing have to worry on the food. One thing that I don't like on this hotel it's they off the aircon in the night in the lobby area to save power but have they this of the pay customer when we had a long day out when we ar e back to the hotel we would like to enjoy some cold air but the air in the hotel is hotter then outside.

Clean environment with strategic location. However, the taxi surrounding the area do no use meter fare. It would be most appreciated if the hotel could have provided this service or linked with individual taxi driver willing to use meter fare.
