Ver convenient to get access to KLCC
Staff are friendly and helpful
The cleanliness of the toilets can be improved (e.g. mould on the shower cubicle tiles)
Also, the water coming out from the sink tap is cloudy.
PNB Darby not only provides the facilities required by a business traveller but also provided me a place where it makes me feel that I am still a home with the kitchenette and living area. It also provided recreational facilities for my baby daughter (e.g. playground, baby pool) as I am in KL on a weekly basis and it is essential that she has variety of things to do at the apt.

Location was very stretagic which is easily accessible without going thru the traffic jams. The room lay-out is spacious and equipped with plenty of accessories. The security services at the hotel is absolutely good with round-the-clock attention given and personnel are helpful and attentive. Finally the all-round hotel services was fantastic with promt and pleasant service given all the time.
Hotel breakfast food was less variety, should have more variations to cater to all the different dishes.
My 5 days stay in KL has been a pleasant one so far, as the rate given is competitive and the services at the hotel met my expectations very much. I would not hessitate to recommend to my families,friends and business associates on the Agoda attractive rates and the hotel referred by them.
Travel tip : The location is excellant and the services given is superb.
