Lovely Hotel with greatt view

The room are clean, nice. the location are very strategic which 15 minutes walking distance to KLCC and have a very good view of the city. My Room was a premier suite of 2 bedrooms, where i found that all the stuff at the kitchen are almost full with the things we need. the room was big, suitable for family stay. overall good

had fun with my wife and kid...easy access to shoppoing center and lrt...hotel has swimming pool and kid's playground..breakfast buffet was good and sufficient...restaurants are available within the hotel and outside restaurant was also easily accessable..great stay..would recommend to people planning to stay in kl..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
klcc and nightlife in kl is very near...easy access to lrt station

Great location, nice room, service could be better

It was a surprise to see such mess during check-in as there were people checking in, checking out, people with enquiries. There should be a better system to organize the crowds and the counters were not very organized. There was no clear queue thus people were just crowding the tables.
Upon entering the room, we were very happy with the size and amenities available. Unfortunately, we slowly discovered dirty spots where they are not cleaned properly. We see carpet surfaces that look like they have not been vaccumed for weeks, especially at corners. As a matter of fact, there are small pieces of paper that my son dropped during our arrival, and on the third day, they are still there.
It was also disappointing that we do not get new towels on the next day despite putting the towels from the first day in the bath tub. Also, we do not get replenishment of water and toiletries despite asking from the housekeeping and reception over the phone a few times, and requesting directly from the front desk.
Shopping Tip:
Shop till you drop at nearby KLCC or a short train-ride to Bukit Bintang.

We had a 2 bedroom-appartment with attached bathroom for each. Rooms are big and clean, although the kitchen was very clean. Breakfast was great. Very kind staff.

Our stay in the hotel meets what we need through out the day, the location was nearby shopping area. The price for food and beverage was accepatable.
