We'll be welcoming for the first visit even time showing about 1am, however the receptionist greets us with warmest welcome and serve us in short period timing then completely checking and enter the room.

when I reached the hotel, the receptionist gave a very good service to me and also accommodate my request on the non smoking room etc. during my stays there , I noticed the room was in a very good n clean condition, and when I request for the Chinese newspaper , the hotel management will accommodate my request . Besides that there is also nice restaurant nearby within walking distance , there r Hong Kong style don sam restaurant and Korean restaurant. Overall I am v happy that I chosen this hotel for my holiday there

This is my usual hotel when i drop in kl.....i booked the exec club suite...the breakfast was limited portions and no variety....only some salads...bread,muffins...cereals thats it.its not enough....pls make it more choices for the guests....like crispy hot fried chicken,fried noodles or rice,more solid foods,pls try to appreciate the guests.
When i came this time....i stayed at level 35 and there was no signal for wifi at all....horrible.
Other than that...its fine and good.
