Nice place, good for the price
Very close to monorail and its quiet

We stayed in the Prescott Inn for three nights whilst we explored KL. we found the room to be clean and the staff helpful. Geographically its not that close to the Golden triangle however just outside the hotel was a monorail station which can get you there in 10 minutes. It's also very close to little India which was nice to walk around and with good food available.
For the price we paid it was a good hotel. We could wind down in the evening after being out all day.
Breakfast was good. There was a choice of 3 cooked dishes (omlettes, sausages etc) there was also coffee, juice, fruit and cereals available which was enough to keep us going until lunchtime and beyond. I'd have no problems staying here again
Hotel Feature Tip:
Great feature is that its quiet and very close to the monorail (which is cheap!)

Old hotel but well maintenanced
Room rate is reasonable although it located along Jalan Sultan Ismail

In spite of good location(along JL Sultan Ismail, near to Monorail Medan Tuank Station), hotel room rate is reasonable.
Although the building seems old, facility inside the room is well maintenanced. I found even Iron and Iron stand, which made me happy. When I check out 4:30a.m., reception staff kindly gave me take away breakfast, some sandwitch and orange.
As there is no parking lot for guests, I had no choice but to park on the nearby street.
Nightlife Tip:
We can walk some bars and pubs,restaurants next to Sheraton Imperial in 5 minitues. At Madurai Pub, we can enjoy variety of music including live band performance weekends.

The Hotel is one of the five stars. It has all the facilities a traveller needs. Worth staying in to. :) What more, it is near some of the biggest shopping malls such as Sogo, KK home design, restaurants, etc...
Shopping Tip:
Near Sogo- a first class shopping mall.

Nice place I will stay there again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I liked the fact that you could easily move around the city from this location. The monorail system is only about 350 meters from the hotel. There are some large , modern shopping malls nearby that are within in walking distance.
The breakfast selections at the hotel's restaurant were good. You could have cereal with toast or, a full breakfast.They also have three computers you can use in the lobby, for a nominal fee. The house keeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and tidy and they follow good environmental practices.
I was happy to find out that you could use a personal safety deposit box at the reception desk.The hotel even has a travel agency desk where you can book city tours.I plan to stay at this great hotel again.
Nightlife Tip:
There is a new night club area within walking distance of the hotel.It would be a good idea to go to the pubs from 5 to 7 PM. Afterwards the cost of drinking beer gets quite high.

The best hotel experience in town!
the hotel staff are very freindly, the hotel is very clean and has good food.

Prescott Inn Hotel was simply awesome and it located in a very strategic place where we can find all kind of entertainment such as clubs, bistro, night market etc. The service was good and satisfied. Looking forward to stay in the hotel again soon.
Nightlife Tip:
Prescott Inn was simply superb hotel in town. For those interested for night clubs, there are lot of choice just about 5minuites drive or walking from the hotel.

hotel is about an hour away from the airport. early check-in was possible at a price, but the room type was upgraded for free. room was very clean/tidy, coffee etc. was available in the room. free wi-fi was available. breakfast was very nice and filling and since i was single i was given the option for packing some more breakfast (although i didn't use it). hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and guided me correctly whenever i asked for any locations. easy access - a train station is located 2 mins from the hotel and bus stands are about 5 mins out.
price just apt, would definitely recommend this hotel to people on a budget - great value for money!!
Nightlife Tip:
For Nightlife try Bukit Bintang and Bukit Nanas - 5-10 mins by train - Nice pubs/clubs with amazing Live music - Rock, Jazz and Dance.

we've been staying in this hotel for quite a number of times and it has been pleasant. check in was smooth. room was clean and superb, with iron and ironing board which is a plus for us who are super really concern about going out with wrinkled shirts!
