The room was not properly cleaned; with tabacco ash all over the furnitures. the TV was not working, toilet flush leaking, plus everything is old and aged. Even the mugs provided in the room were chipped at the edges. since the rooms were cheap so i didnt bother to make a complain, U only get as much as u pay, cant expect much.
Anyway the location is convinient, monorail station is just nearby, several Malay and Indian restaurants around.

The location and price was very good.. service from (some) staff was dismal.
I asked for the free (wi-fi)password to be sent to the room and the response was 'no-one wants to go to the room';
When I asked if they could get me muslim prayer time listings, the initial response of getting them to me within about half an hour was ok..but that did not happen and when I called again - a very curt - ' I don't know' I felt was not acceptable in Malaysia. When I asked if I could pass that feedback to Tourism Malaysia, within 2 minutes I got the timings!!

Surrounding the hotel have KTV or open air concert and people sing and shout very loud until 4am. We hear very clearly from our hotel room - 711. We stayed there for 2 days and totally cannot get proper sleep. It really spoil our trip to KL.

The hotel was not clean, breakfast was very poor, TV had very limited channels and yet almost always was problematic and cut off, they sometimes forget to clean up the room. The very bad thing in this hotel was the very loud noise of karaoke of surrounding
cabarets, bars that lasted till 5 am and I could not sleep. The windows were not sealed and therefore the noise could enter into the room and annoy you.

good location and sleeps 4 to a room
Excellent hotel in great position...1 minute walk to monorail and withing a 30 second walk to some excellent Indian and Asian resturants. Helpful staff, nice clean cafe if you book the breakfast or we often choose to eat next door for about $1.50 per person!

Fantastic cheap hotel that the kids and I can stay comfortably in....2 double beds...next to great Indian Restaurants. close to shopping. Monorail and easy to get taxi out front...would defiantly stay again
