Great hotel for the price

The lobby and elevator isnt as grand as other hotels, but the room is definitely nice, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Breakfast has no meat (because theyre an Islam country) so eat elsewhere if you can't eat breakfast that way. Just a 5 minute walk away from the nearest MTR station. We were comfortable and felt safe althoughout, great value.
Restaurant Tip:
Very near the hotel is RSW restaurant which has Indian owners and Malay food. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Ask for their Roti/Bread with Cheese, really good and great value. Ate their twice in out 3 day stay.

Great location and service with a smile

this was my second stay in this hotel around 23 days after, they give us a room as we had requested, smoking room , high floor and twin towers views but the air conditioned wasn’t cold very well, as we checked in very late, next day we inform in the reception about a/c, as they need repair it , we changed the room, and this was ok.
next day when we were to breakfast, the reception staff asked for us to change again the room since they had mistaken and we were in a non smoking room ( we didn’t know and we were smoking during our stay), so i was speaking with the manager, telling that we had come back to the hotel for second time because we were very satisfied with our first stay but now we couldn’t change the room every day, we were loosing our time, he understood everything, and leave us same room they allowed we smoke and moreover they leaved us check out last day at 7 pm free of charge because our flight was late, so…moreover these rooms changes i appreciate very much how kind and helpful is the hotel staff and i would come back again

Smart and clean hotel

Could not really fault my stay here, bathroom was clean and the shower worked great. Staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. If I had one gripe is was that I could not have a beer with my evening meal as the hotel does not serve beer.Some people thought the location was a bit to far away from the main sites but it would take me about 15 minutes to get to the Petronas Towers which I thought was fine.

Nice hotel with good location and friendly staff

The hotel has been newly renovated so, it looks new and modern.
The room is OK in size with everything you need. The location is so perfect, just less than 5 minutes walk from Medan Tuanku station. Sogo department store and Bukit Bintang or even Jalan Ampang is so near. Good for those who love shopping. Wi-fi is in-room available too. The only drawback is there is no convenient store near the hotel so it is a bit hard if you are so hungry at night. The rest is OK.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Not so far from the hotel you can go to Petronas Building by taking monorail to Bukit Nanas station and walk along Jalan Ampang and along the road you will see Malaysian Tourism Centre bywhich you can go inside and grab some useful information.

9-store building, a superior room on 9th floor was old and shabby except of a bathroom.
We were very tired and wanted to go to sleep at 10 p.m., but at 9.30 we've heard a strange noise in our room like we were inside of a big refrigerator.

very good value for money without compromising cleanliness and comfort although the toilet needs remodeling. tv channels are few. i don't understand why the luggage ramp in the hotel entrance is so steep that you could slide on it and the door man did not even give us a hand.

Nice hotel, good location
Good location right on the monorail line

This hotel was more than adequate for the price we paid. The location is great as it makes traveling around the city really easy. The only downside was that the room and the lifts smelled strongly of smoke; very off-putting for non-smokers.

Friendly staff. Great area to stay in.
Limited choice at breakfast.
Noisy lift which was near our room.
Shopping Tip:
Sogo shopping complex has great sales. It also has a supermarket in the basement and a great food courton the 6th floor.
