Near KLCC and shopping centers

Great locations for Shopping / Sightseeing. Clean room but Wifi signal to in-room is very weak and needed to go into the lobby just to use the Free Wifi. :)
Have 24 hours restaurant and convineint store just walk-in distance near the hotel. Has few shopping malls near the place just walk-in distance.

Lovely hotel and value for money
Basement parking is so small and it can fit less than 12 car plus after 7pm u can't use your car because they close the roller shautle

Comfortable and clean room. Staff service excellent. Cafe are crowded for breakfast. Have to wait for seat. Standard morning breakfast, would expect more variety of food for breakfast. Location near monorail, convenient to traveller around in KL. Good for value.

Great budget hotel but lack of carpark space

check-in was allowed at 1:30pm and was a breeze. nicely tidied rooms and prompt room make-up upon request.the hotel should improve the basement carpark facilities as its rather unsafe to park outside the hotel premises. my car was broken into while parked at a prepaid lot just outside the hotel lobby area. for those who intend to park at the hotel basement, you will need to leave your car keys at the lobby. i find it inconvenient if my car was parked at the inner portion of the basement as need the hotel staff to help move away cars belonging to other registered stayers. wifi available in all rooms but most of the time unable to search/login. would recommend this hotel to those staying 3 nites or less. great for backpackers in my opinion

Over the years we have stayed at this hotel many times, unfortunately standards seem to be slipping e.g. Rooms not as well maintained, wifi intermittent/ non existent. The staff/management seem to be aware of these problems but are unable or unwilling to help. We suspect cost-cutting measures have been implemented. In consequence, we will no longer be staying there preferring the Premiera around the corner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff was excellent. Would love to go again at the same Hotel, if we have to go to KL.
