it was nice to use that hotel for many reason, the main selling point of this hotel is the staff and their widely smile, they even can assist you tio buy your personal things from the mini market near the hotel, the breakfast wasnt that wow, but its ok to add some calories on your daay, i like how the room decorated, and the bathroom was so clean and renewd recently, i recommend this hotel without hesitating specially for single or couple,

the best 3 star for a good price

its nice and clean. but furniture needs upgrading or repainting. got a minibar to keep drinks cool. good LCD 32 inch flat screen. location near shopping. food everywhere and easy to find. got basement parking but need some time to take out your car as the cars are parked very closely.

Good location but limited parking&breakfast choice

hotel is located in a very strategic location and very convenience. nearby hotel got lot of mamak store and giant supermarket as well. however there is limited parking lot available and limited breakfast choice. only three set of breakfast available for guest to chose. i would like to suggest if there is additional choice of breakfast will be better especially for those who stay for longer periods.

It is very clean and the services are very nice. The hotel is close to the monorail station Medan Tuanku. The room has tv and channels. Has wifi. Overall its an excellent value for money. Go for it

No hose for toilet, inconvenient for malaysian. Parking area in front of hotel are limited. dark at night, felt not safe to walk around.

had a great 3 nights stay in this hotel...breakfast was awesome..service was good...bathroom have no tap only shower..wish to have a tap also...toilet had no spray tap...still liked the place...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
1 tip i ould like to give is ask staff to give you a petronas tower view room...if you are lucky you will surely get it...about my stay in KL went on thursday night and liked the place as is near to some mall not remember the mall name ...had dinner at mc donalds...walkable distance...next morning went to batu caves...from kl sentral metro train...then came back to aquaria...at 3pm there was one show..fish feeding show...a must watch...then booked our tickets to petronas tower for sunday morning..cost around 80RM...then next day went to genting from KL Sentral...yes donot forget to book to and from ticket as from genting there is no other travels ..only you have to hire car which is so costly...DONOT FORGET to get the tickets/...then next day to china market and little india...not worthy to visit..small places...it was nice break to KL...

The hotel possess very limited basement parking space. However, there were ample parking around the hotel that weekend. Staffs were friendly, helpful and professional although a bit busy due to the festive season. Hotel was equipped with fast Internet free WIFI and has flat screen TVs connected to satellite TV for the rooms. Room was clean and cozy. Ambiance was nicely yellow and adequate. Complimentary bath sets and drinking water was provided. Extra pillows and praying mats were stored in the closet. There were occasional power trips that can be easily reset at the power distribution box in the closet. Bathroom was clean and although have no bath tub, has good shower pressure plus heater. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and provides great value for money.
Shopping Tip:
within walking distance from eateries and shopping attractions like maju junction, sogo, pertama complex and jalan tar.
