After re-design, I immpressed with the room and receptionists.
Breakfast is ok.
Easy to go around but very far from the LCCT airport.
Travel tip:
Should provide pick up taxi from the airport.

Great location
Very near to monorail station

this was a short trip with group of friends over a weekend. we stayed in superior room, surprisingly the room comes with two queen size bed, very comfortable. this hotel has strategic location, within 5 minutes walk to monorail station, and can easily access to bukit bintang and kl sentral. unfortanately inter-connecting room is not applicable for superior room and the level of lighting is too low. the car park is small but the staff are friendly and ready to help. overall, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

overall is good...just a bit disappointed on the breakfast because too little choices food to choose..although i know this is only a small hotel and not big hotel like others....toilet of superior room is a bit too small...feel very hard to turn around our body...there is nothing much food choices to select around the hotel...

the superior room was very comfortable where everything was provided such as iron with the board, coffee kit & mineral water, clean bathroom, toiletries. the hotel location situated near jalan tar, jalan sultan ismail and near sogo shopping complex.
car park was hard to get since there are limited car park for the hotel guest.
Shopping Tip:
sogo, jalan tar, bukit bintang.

Room is very spacious and as we were there for 4 days they even provided an iron and a board!Ample breakfast and prompt room service
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use monorail which can link you with the public transport. We saved heaps by not having to hire taxis.

When we first arrived we were not informed that there was emergency maintenance taking place, and therefore no hot water. As we had been traveling all day and were really looking forward to a hot shower, this was disappointing. However, the most disappointing part was that we were not informed in person and tried to take a shower but could only get cold water! Once informed we decided to go out for dinner and come back to try again later. We didn't return until late as we were out experiencing the nightlife of the city but when we returned we immediately asked about the water. Unfortunately, the night staff was very rude and told us they could either bring up buckets of hot water to use, or to take a cold shower. Pretty angry with this we asked to speak to the manager and were told to come back at 9am. Of course we did, and luckily the manager was very apologetic and offered us complimentary breakfast for both days of our stay since it had not been included in our package already. He also made us feel a lot more at ease about the water situation, explaining what had happened (emergency repairs) and when it would be turned back on. From there on out our stay remained pleasant. The hotel was also a pretty good location (walking distance to many things), but was nothing spectacular overall.

as on my title, it was a very pleasant stay at prescott inn kuala lumpur, the location was easy to find, and locals knows about it. from the moment we stepped in, receptionist and other staff are smiling ang we felt the welcoming hospitality of the hotel. the room was clean and the size was just right, bathroom are smelling good and clean as well...all in all, it was good, definitely going back to that hotel when i go back in kl, its recommendable!
