we like this hotel a lot. the staff checked us in efficiently and were really friendly with it, answering all our questions with out any bother. the room was a good size, clean and comfortable. it had all we needed including tv and hairdryer. on the first day we over slept badly due to our flight putting our time clocks out, but the staff at breakfast were fantastic and still cooked us breakfast even though we were an hour late.
we were able to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see, so for us we felt it is also well located.

Great Location and large room
affordable and so much breathing space in the room.

Location was very good, rooms were clean, though the bathrooms were looking tired. Desk staff were helpful and professional. We had breakfast on one morning. It was adequate, no big hits or misses. Overall, a pretty reasonable stay for a stopover.

Prescott : Great location , near central KL SOGO

Once u step at front of hotel , it gives u a feeling that this is going to be a great place to stay in . It is brightly decorated , wtih new and shiny tiles greeting shinning at you and a courteous front desk ladies to give a complete warm and majesty welcome. Nearby the hotel , u can find many restaurants , so don't worry about food. All in all , it is a great place to stay as the room itself is very clean.

Worst staff, nasty smelly rooms- terrible breakfast

We've stayed in this place for only one night, being on stop over at KL for the first time.
To begin with - they refused to give us a non smoking room so we had to smell all these nasty smells.
The room was not cleaned properly with someone hairs in the shower.
We've booked the room for 3 - with one queen bed plus extra bed. We got the room with too king singles - and when I've asked for the third bed I was told that you have two beds - and that should be enough. After I've insisted they actually brought extra bed. There was no room to put it in - so it blocked the excess to the wardrobe.
But all that crap could be ok to deal with if not the hotel staff confirmed that they are useless after they forgot to mention that my lost baggage was delivered to the hotel. They kept it overnight - so I had no clothes to change and they also let me to the check out the next morning without giving me my bag back. I've asked them few times if my bag was delivered - they said no, so after I've moved to the different hotel and asked their concierge manager to re-arrange my bag's delivery to my new hotel - he figured out that the bag was delivered the last night - and it is now in my old hotel. I couldn't believe it - but thank's to him- he arranged all deliveries and I din't need to deal with the Prescott staff again. As a last point - when were checking out - we saw some Pest Control guys spreading the chemicals in the rooms. Thanks God we were out of there. I would never stay in the room with locked windows straight after pest control.

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. your hotel is conveniently located in the heart of KL.we enjoyed sight seeing and shopping. it is also located near LRT station and surrounded by banks, restaurants and food stalls.

Better than I expected.The hotel is probably less than 5 minutes walk to Medan Tuanku monorail. The room was huge, with LCD tv, coffee/tea sachets, kettle, extra pillows, mini fridge and ironing board. Frontdesk staffs were helpful and friendly. Having wifi in the rooms was a plus point too. The disadvantage is probably the few channels that were available on tv. Also, since the hotel in not in the main shopping district, you have to endure the LRT/monorail trips to shopping places. Overall, i am definitely coming here on my next KL trip and recommending it to friends.

Hotel Room is reasonable. Its very Clean, non-smoking room did not have Odour, Breakfast was Good and Apt in Size, Ambience is OK
Just that the Car Park will be off concern even though the hotel boys tried to make the best of the limited space availability
