The hotel stay was good. But however,the hotel need to improve on the airconditioning and wifi internet service. Was sweating the whole night due toaircon problem. Could not get wifi in the room.

The hotel was very well located and though we arrived at 130 am in the morning, the staff at the reception desk was attentive and our Check In was quick. The room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast the next morning was wholesome and quite substantial. The staff at Reception Desk was very helpful in giving us the detailed directions we asked for. Check Out was also quick and easy. The Air Conditioning in the room could be improved. Internet service was restricted to only one device per room. This is a problem when there are two people to a room and each one has their own laptop/tablet.
On the whole a comfortable and well serviced hotel with an excellent location.

Just what we were looking for

stayed here for a total of 15 nights. It was one of the cheapest options, yet clean and centrally located. A 1 min walk from the MRT and very close to two big shopping centres for dining and shopping. Also has a few local eating places round the corner. The staff aren't the most friendly but are very efficient. They helped us out three times during our stay and had a good service. They also kept our luggage with no charge while we travelled. The negatives are it is very close to a karaoke place so if your on the wrong side of the building, you will be up all night! There would be occasional small stains on the blankets. Overall it was cheap,clean and cheerful :)
