very close with shopping mall ahhh i like this hotel cuz they have a very big bathroom.. this hotel locates very close with many shopping malls just across road. near monorail station (but u have to walk..not really far)and the best thing is it locates near nightclubs also.. i'll stay in this hotel again.
Shopping Tip : near Pavillion mall, Tangs, Parkson etc..

Large and bright hotel room with a good view of the towers, friendly staff at front door, bath amenities, children's play room Location of kids play room is in a different building so in rainy weather it's not as easy to get to. Check-in staff need to be a little more friendly, even if they are busy. Sometimes the elevators were glitchy with the card-type control. I loved our room. It was in the rounded part of the hotel so had lots of light and a good view of the twin towers. The front desk graciously fixed the initial problem of having put us in the wrong room at first. The bathroom amenities were also classy and spa-type. The breakfast was nothing special although filling. The hotel's location is fairly good as long as you don't mind a 15-min walk to the Petronas towers. Sometimes the elevators were glitchy with the card-type control, forcing me to change elevators so that my card would work.

The Prince Hotel is conveniently located just steps from Bukit Bintang, and just across a new shopping mall (Pavillion). The room is a bit small compare to others; however, the bathroom is nicely decorated and the strong shower pressure is really refreshing.
The elevator is a bit slow, and a bit far from the mono-rail.
I will definitely stay at this hotel when returning to Kuala Lumpur. The price is also quite reasonable.

good service. no shuttle service to nearby monorail station Prince's hotel has wonderful location to twin towers, pallivon plaza and many good eating place! If it can provide free shuttle bus to monrail station near LOT 10 plaza then it is more wonderful!
The service is good! Late check out is allowed. Also, our room is upgraded to have a wonderful Twin Tower view!
Breakfast is good also!
I will come there again!

late check out, polite staff can't use swimming pool at 9pm.. I stayed with my family in this August. The location of the hotel is wonderful to all the visiting point & shoppping plaza.
The staff are so nice & offer us a room with perfect Twin Towers view!
The breakfast is good, but the coffee & Tea service is too slow
The Chinese restaurant there is also nice with good quality. It also offer Dim Sum buffet with only ~HK150/ person!
If I go to KL again. I will stay in Prince Hotel again!

Rooms not nice; Food/drinks overpriced; staff ignorant or disinterested; breakfast was a farce! The check in procedure was very slow. After one person had finished at the check in counter and it was eventually my turn I walked up to the counter with my passport and smiled at the two men standing behind it. They both ignored me and said nothing. I stood and waited and they both walked off. I then looked at the woman who was standing further down, waiting for her to finish with a customer so that she would serve me. She didn't look in my direction at all. A woman then walked up to her and she went to serve her. Needless to say I found the check in staff very ignorant.
Not only were the check in staff ignorant but I found the staff to be disintersted throughout the whole hotel. The breakfast in the morning is a joke. There is a good selection but you have to wait a long time to be seated and then you are not shown to your table but just pointed towards one that is not correctly laid out. This on both mornings that we stayed there.
The rooms are no better than a budget hotel; I would even go as far as saying that they are worse than a lot of budget hotels.
Do yourself a favour and don't stay here. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Travel tip : Go to another hotel.

room size was a bit small but comfortable bed and nice bath room. not that close to bukit bintang The staff were very kind and helpful. Generally a fair deal considering the price.
Shopping Tip : pavilion, the newest shopping mall in kl is right in front of the hotel.

- great location, near to shopping, food and easy transportation access - hotel food can still be improved Me and my eldest son (10 yrs old) took a trip to KL and decided to pick this hotel, it was the relatively the right choice, whereas it was near to shopping (the Pavillion) and also Bukit Bintang's all-hours restaurants and shops. Everything is just acroos the street from the hotel, and transport is not an issue. Overall, I woul rate it 7.5 out of 10 Bravo Prince hotel!

Hospitality, good service and a very comfortable stay They charge extra for the rooms facing Twin Towers Its a good choice to stay in KL. The hotel staff is very cooperative and prompt in resolving any problem. They even provide shuttle service to Twin towers.One more thing is that the breakfast is amazing.Even the location of hotel is also good. Rooms and washrooms are very clean. Overall it was a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of KL. The staff were very attentive, professional and respectful. The room had a great view, was clean and functional. It was an ideal venue for a weekend get-away. The only thing that needed improving was the responsiveness of the restaurant staff during breakfasts. However, I do acknowledge that the restaurant was full on both mornings and the staff were very busy trying to attend to the patrons. The hotel is an excellent value for money venue. It is ideally located in the centre of KL close to shops and other tourist attractions. The standard of the rooms is very good, the cleanliness is excellent. The staff are professional, attentive and most importantly, respectful. The Prince hotel is definitely one of my favourite hotels in Asia.

I like the service and the location of the hotel This is my first time I stay in prince hotel I really like it because of the location and also the price is very good for five star hotel. About the room it is very clean & also the staff are very helpful. Also I can add about this hotel the location it is near to shopping and also near to Arabic food.
