Location is great. Next to Pavillion shopping mall and a short walking distance away from Bukit Bintang

The breakfast at the coffee house was not too good. The selection of food is not interesting comparing to other similar hotels.

Great hotel at an affordable price within the city of KL. Walking distance to shopping malls and the famous Jalan Alor for it's wide selection of food. The only downside was the breakfast at the coffee house was not extensive and a little pricey for the price you are paying; RM 45. Service is excellent, staff is attentive, friendly and courteous.

Nightlife Tip : Several clubs are located within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. WALK there don't listen to the hotel concierge they will ask you to take a very expensive taxi ride there.

Quite cheeper than the hotels although they provide the same service

Smelly street, no tooth brush, old TV. hard to get to, taxi isnt always available

In general i prefer to stay in price hotel because its relativly cheap price compared to the hotels on the other side (marioy, westen)although they are prioviding the same quality. but being on the other side has its bad flaws that actually justify this difference in price although it is as close as the other hotels to the paviliono but to get to it from Pavilion you need to cut a more crowded street and have to suffer the bad smell coming out of the restuarant on the street that would suffocate you for a couple of minutes one other thing i think is quite bad for a 5 star hotel is it dosnt have a tooth brush or tooth paste. but in general im a regular customer

Good location, facility and reasonably priced.

Some staff may need a bit more training.

Conveniently close to Pavillon and Bukit Bintang Shopping Centre. Grand reception. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great buffet breakfast. Feels like a real 5-star hotel. We also felt safe in the area at night. The hotel is also very close to one of the LRT station that connects to other popular places of interest.

Restaurant Tip : Great foodcourt at the Pavillon

Cheap but still classy

they asked for a copy of the invoice, kind of bothering when they should have a copy already

The hotel was quite good with the exception of the copy of the invoice thing. its a little bit far but its ok compared to its price and its good standerds maybe it needed more towls and i was surprized that there wasnt a tooth brish or tooth paste, usually ALL 5 star hotels (and less)i went to provide them. old tvs were kind of surprising since all hotels now have plazma or LCD tvs. of course im planning on ging again because it is the same level as the hotels on the other side of the pavilion but with about 30% difference in price

Travel tip : cheaper than the hotels on the other side although it was as good and maybe even better

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. I like the staff specially the reception. This hotel located at the good position. In front of shopping centre called Pavilion also near with twin tower petronas only 5 minutes by walk. For the room condition, Air Con work great, wired internet available in the room and that's free, design of the room is good, good bathroom, good view from the room. This is the great hotel I recommend for all of you. If you're looking for good hotel at good position and value for money, I think this is the hotel you must choose.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk only 5 minutes we can find the 2nd highest building in the world

Near to excellent shopping centre, cinema, nightlife and Petronas Towers

Requested a non-smoking double room when booking but was given a smoking twin room on arrival and had to change rooms the next day

Nice hotel within fifteen minutes walking dsitance to the Petronas Towers. Near to modern Pavillon shopping centre with great brands and cinema and bars for nightlife. KL tour bus stop near by. Average style rooms. No free internet (via computers - not sure re wireless) and internet charges were expensive. High rise hotel our room was on one of the highest levels with views of the KL tower.

Travel tip : 15 minutes walking distance to the Petronas Towers

Near pavillion shopping centre. helpful staff although will recommend taxis over public transport. Metered taxis outside.

We got a smoking room twin room. depsite booking a non-smoking double room. when we aske dto be moved we were told the hotel was full.

Nice hotel near shopping district. Stop for red city tour bus within walking distance. Staff tend to recommend taxis over public transport which can work out very expensive if you took them although they do have meterred tacis guaranteed outside which is very useful in KL.

excellent for conferences & training venues. Well-trained conference staff, well-organized & classy presentation of serving foods, tea & coffee facilities. Fantastic!!

lack of boutiques/shops in the hotel.

I attended the JYap Chinese Metaphysics and the way it was presented in the Prince Hotel was superb. Beautiful facilities in the conference halls. Sound system is superb and very conducive for learning as the surroundings' energy is very supporting. Staff servings drinks & foods were very skillful in their roles. Very impressed!! Many thanks.

Very well set-up and highly organised caterers and very professional staff attending to vast participants worldwide who attended Fengshui & other metaphysical courses of Joey Yap. I enjoyed thoroughly the room I stayed in -ie nice and spacious + lovely view of twin tower.

Japanese restaurant needs to expand the menus as I did not find wide selection of foods.

I have enjoyed the lovely and spacious room I stayed in. The decor is nice and warm and I feel much at home. Its a shame that I only stayed in 5 days, but rest assured I will be staying for a period of 10 days on next holiday. Prince hotel is indeed a lovely hotel to stay in both business and leisure as its central to everything.

Excellent Hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Hugh room and bathroom, very clean. Had a room on the 22nd floor and the view was fanastic. The buffet breakfasts had everything you could possibly want from western to oriental including eggs(anyway you want) to cheese platters with all types of cheese and biscuits. Fresh fruit and an array of juices.

Faily good location and very good breakfast buffet

Access to shopping mall through narrow sidewalk

We stayed at the hotel in Feb 2009. The Prince Hotel might not be the newest in KL but it is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the location close to the Pavillion Shopping Mall even if the first meters are with a very narrow sidewalk. The staff were very helpfull.
