We were just there for one night but it was very enjoyable; breakfast was great, jazz on the mezzanine floor was lovely and being opposite the shopping centre was a big plus!

invited several important business partners recently and chose the hotel due to its location next to pavilion. check-in was great and super fast and the rooms were great. things turned for the worst when we went to the business centre. in all other hotels all over the world we've been, never were we told that no discussions are allowed in the business lounge that easily seats 20 - 30 pax; and there were only the 5 of us! my guest who is the member of the house of lords uk got very disappointed with the hotel and immediately checked-out the same day and transferred to mandarin oriental kl.
in conclusion the hotel should re-look into its policies and ensure only competent staffs be placed as front liners to handle guests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Its better to park your vehicle on the upper levels. The key card issued seldom works at the basement parking entrance which is meant only for hotel guests.

nice hotel with a great swimming pool area and a great view.
for a 5 star hotel the reception at arrival was a bit cold. nobody came to bring in the luggage.
the breakfast is very good, though the service is a bit slow and you have to look for somebody bringing your tea or coffee.
altogether it is a good hotel and very good situated.

Transportation to hotel is convenient. Staff are friendly. Room is larger than expected. Though not new in deed; the room is clean and tidy. Air con work perfectly well. LAN connection to Internet is free; yet need to pay for Wifi in room. Beware of the construction work beside the hotel, cars occasionally runs across the walking path and the road is lumpy.
