I've had a wonderful time up in the level 19. The service was brilliant & I would definely like to come back.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is right opposite of a big mall pavilion so it's one good advantage.

Wonderful hotel with great location
not far away from twin tower, close to Jalan Alor where have lots of yummy food.

Reception is nice to give us a room with better view of twin tower, although we can only see one of the towers through the room window. The location is great too. It is close to the night market at Jalan Alor where you can try all kinds of Malaysian foods by walking. Convenient transport is another good point. The hotel is 10minutes walk to the train. Wireless is chargeable in your room, but free in the lobby and level 2 &10. However, the room service is not very fast.We ask for a adapter and wait for approximately 30 minutes.

It merits its five stars

The Prince is an older hotel, but it is beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds, first-class linens, modern bathrooms with a separate stall shower and torrents of immediate hot water, and adequate flat-screen TV reception. There is free Internet in the room, but they charge the usual exorbitant rate for in-room wi-fi. Wi-fi is free in the public areas. The swimming pool, although small, is an oasis of calm, where one can enjoy a delicious pool-side lunch. The mezzanine lounge features excellent cocktails and live music nightly. The "torch" singer is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Pavilion Mall, with its myriad shops and restaurants, and is within walking distance of the famous towers and other attractions. Stay here!
Restaurant Tip:
An Italian restaurant named Michelangelo in the Pavilion Mall is excellent. It serves the best gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce that I have ever tasted.

Very central and close to shopping malls/shops

Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The suite was serviced everyday which gives the place fresh and clean. The reception was very friendly and courteous. The staffs at the breakfast lounge were very efficient and welcoming.
Shopping Tip:
It is so close to the Pavilion Shopping center where you can shop and shop the whole day. It is very healthy walking and it is very safe.

Lovely hotel and good service

We had stayed there before and it was just as nice this time round. Conveniently located right in front of Pavillion shopping centre. We got there pretty late at night as we had to travel quite a distance from the airport, but the service was friendly and they even gave us an upgrade to the highest floor which was wonderful. Would definitely go there again!

Nice stay , staff was friendly . Breakfast was average. Parking provided which was good. Rooms were clean & well maintained.
