Rooms are spacious and staff at the hotel very well trained. We enjoyed our stay. Well located; just next door to The Pavilion Shopping Centre in Kuala Lumpur. Within walking distance of KL Convention Centre.
An array of dining options are available! This hotel is an excellent choice to explore KL from.

Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your own cleaning products there if you're staying at this hotel. Extremely dirty service apartment with a bad smell. P.S. and air freshener too.

"Need to put comb with the toiletries!"

The overall stay at the hotel is pleasant except for a few minor details that the hotel should take note of especially at the price we were paying for.
Some examples were like they didn't even leave a comb in the toilet for customer's use! Secondly, the buffet
The breakfast was a comb of many curries... I wish they could have put in more thoughts in preparing multi-racial food. Especially in Malaysia which has such a wide variety of sweets / "kuih-muih" ...The buffet instead were a combination of many pickles and curries...

breakfast was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Mainly has western dishes. No soya milk for cow milk intolerant people
Also there should be an option of rooms where 3-4 people can stay together. We were 2 families but rooms were far apart.
Hotel Feature Tip:
take one double room with additional cots if you are travelling with children as rooms are spacious.

Rooms were spacious and well presented. facilities were good though the Kids Club required parents to be with children while in the club. Service was efficient and friendly.

Haka restaurant next to hotel is excellent.

Really enjoyed my stay in Prince Hotel & Residence. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping malls. Staff there were very helpful. Found that wardrobe a bit old and design of the the room were a bit old. Anyway had a good sleep should be sufficient for me.

Located next to Pavilion Shopping Centre (brilliant place) this hotel is fantastic. The staff cannot do enough to help, it's beautifully clean and very comfortable. Almost feels like a second home. This was my 6th stay here so I think that says enough about how much I like this hotel. Have stayed in others prior to staying here and they pale by comparison. Would definitely recommend The Prince Hotel unreservedly.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant selection in The Pavilion Shopping Centre is immense and caters for all tastes. I'm a vegetarian and was spoiled for choice.
