Its Okay ...

It was "okay" the hotel stuff wasnt that friendly . They have 2 buildings. O Apartment and one is hotel/guest building they didnt tell us where is the "right" elevator, they saw us took the wrong one didn't tell us anything. so we had to go back from the 24th floor to the lobby then hop in the elevator again to go 24th floor in another building. They saw us carrying 4 big suitcases with a stroller and a baby. They didn't help us, they just did the second time we came down to get to another building. But that hotel really has a great location near to everything.

Can't really fault our stay. We had a large one-bedroom apartment overlooking the city and were well looked-after by the staff. The price through Agoda was excellent and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The sushi in the Japanese restaurant is superb. The pool is lovely as is the bar, though there should be more supervision of children. The only gripe is that the rooms are starting to look a bit tired.

We have stayed at the Prince previously but this time we stayed in a Premier Executive Room which was a larger room with a view of the Twin Towers and the city skyline. We also had access to the Premier Executive Lounge and other benefits which made our stay more memorable. Staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive and service is definitely 5 star.
