Standard 5 star for ok price
The location is the best feature of this Hotel. Close to many many malls.

The rooms were a big disappointed and NOT like any of the pictures on AGODA. The rooms are very outdated in real life. But they are clean and the beds are good. The reception staff are friendly. Some have a bit of attitude, but I found this to be the case of many Malaysians in general. Maybe this is part of the culture, I don't know. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the food. Its more a business hotel then for weekend tourist like me.
Shopping Tip:
Across the street is a huge shopping mall called Pavilion where you can find almost all of the brands that you are looking for. Great food court as well underneath it.
Tip: Go to Beyaja Mall where they have a IMAX cinema with great picture and sound.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are professional and helpful. Japanese restaurant is very good. 24 hour room service and the food is good.
There is a small convenience store in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is called a drug store, but it has snacks, batteries, personal hygeine products, power adapters, and other things a traveller may need.
Prices for restaurants are comparable with other international hotels.
Restaurant Tip:
Japanese restaurant is EXCELLENT.
24 hour room service menu is very good.

Lovely hotel and suitably located
clean and within walking distance to major shopping complexes

stayed for three nights recently while on holiday. My preferred choice as I had stayed at this hotel in the past. The service provided was commendable but disappointed that free wifi service was not provided.

Great hotel with nice swimming pool
Swimming Pool and location close to shopping and twin towers

A great stay at a great hotel, very nice outdoor swimming pool at 10th floor. Great rooms and good service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try the Food tour arranged, you will try 3 different kitchen with a local guide.

Lovely hotel with great location

Love the hotel, the location is great; its opposite Pavillion Shopping Mall. and since i had a meeting at Petronas Twin Towers, the hotel provides free shuttle to KLCC. the sofa in the room looks old a bit, but overall stay was great.
