I love Prince Hotel & Residence. It is a fantastic hotel with great service. It is located at the very doorstep of glitzy Bukit Bintang, just walk down towards Pavilion, go up the bridge and you're in Bukit Bintang.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
An excellent hotel right at the doorstep of Bukit Bintang.

The room is this hotel is great with complete amnenities and with spacious bathroom. Location is treat too, wiithin a walking distance to pavilion mall. Overall, a 5-star hotel indeed!

This hotel is luxurious and we got a room facing the twin towers. There are several well known eateries round the corner.Breakfast is good and you can also have easy access to the eateries nearby. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.Overall, lovely and cozy place. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I was very, very disappointed with this hotel. It was expensive, and there are many better options for the money. I arrived very late and very tired. The staff did not seem to care. They boxed my taxi in at the beginning of the way-by. I needed change for the driver, so I could not get out of the cab while the meter ran for ten minutes. No one would change money for me in the lobby, which is inexplicable. It took half an hour to check-in with no one in line--again, it was very late and I was very tired. A bell-hop actually tripped over my bag, kicking it, rather than help me with it.
The room was standard for an international business hotel. The telephone did not work to contact the front desk. The TV was blurry. The A/C would not turn on. It is difficult to fix these problems if one cannot contact the hotel.
The hotel is expensive and does not care about you. Do not stay here. There are twenty similar hotels within a kilometre.

We were happy with our selection, would definitely recommend to other tourists. The rooms are good sized, especially if you are lucky to get the ones facing Petronas Towers.
