Very comfortable a in a convenient location
Very comfortable and spacious apartment in a great part of town. Helpful staff and delicious breakfast!

a great place to stay for a family - the self catering apartment style suited us very well. one drawback was the incredibly expensive and slow wi-fi! not a vote getter with my family. the pool is rather small and very busy but there are great views from the pool bar/cafe.

great hotel for family. we needed a suite and you cannot get a suite at this location at this price. we had one apartment suite which i think was 59 sqm. location is great. twin towers is just a rm 6 taxi drive away and pavilion mall is like 5 min walking, just across the road.
breakfast (included in room rate) is not great. spread is actually much smaller than we expected. swimming pool is on 10th floor. they call it terrace pool, but its covered on three side by the hotel towers and do not expect much of a view.
staff is friendly and quite efficient. no complaints there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel have a grocery store, but it closes at 8pm. So if you need to buy anything, try the 7 eleven outside( 5min walk away)

Grand hotel befits its name; great location.
Just across the street from Pavilion shopping mall and yet facing away from public.

Its strategic location makes it kind of exclusive, away from the main entrance to the Pavilion shopping mall. It is also within walking distance to the other shopping malls, namely Lot 1, Starhill, BB Plaza and Sungei Wang.
The room is very spacious and comfortable, in-room amenities and service are very good. The spa massage therapist Joanne was very good, thank you.
I'll definitely stay at Prince Hotel & Residence again.
Shopping Tip:
Major shopping malls are just within walking distance. Night life is also along Jalan Bukit Bintang, which is also within walking distance.

The room is superb and clean. Hotel facility is good. The kid club is clean and well maintained. They even have some programme organizes for the kid. It is very centrally located and just across the street, there are shopping malls. Very convenient . Staff speak good English and the service is very prompt. The chinese Resturant serves good food. We had dim sum and it is very delicious. Value for money. Swimming pool is good and It is located on 10th storey! They even have a mini garden at 10th storey where you can relax and sunbath.

It was a nice stay at the begining of our trip....the room was quite small but had a spacious bathroom....Nice view and good breakfast cuisines...However one of the caterers was a bit rude when addressing us in the morning especially when we insisted to choose the table to enjoy our breakfast, The pool was very nice with a great view at night...The hotel has a great location and very near the hop-on hop-off bus station which was very informative, we had a look around Kuala then decided to move on to KLCC . We visited the Aquaria and petrosains and Botanical park...The kids enjoyed it very much!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Aquaria , Petrosains and Botanical Park was amazing and fun for all of us...NIghtlife is great as well with all fireworks for the chinese lunar celebrations....

overall good experience, clean and big rooms. provide delicious breakfast.
However, the service from reception counter is slow since they only provide 2 receptionist.
It took me around 20 mins to check in and 30 mins to check out. (2 persons infront of me).
