incheck and outcheck quickly and without any problems. the rooms are clean and in good shape. the food is excellent even the breakfast. the staff really care about you. they smile and welcome you even if you been outside just for a small walk.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is almost adjected to the huge Pavillon shopping mall. There are a huge amount of shops and restaurants. But the food at the hotel is so deliscious that you better eat at home.

Great hotel which didn't disappoint
Great family rooms which were far from sleazy!

I was expecting a reasonable looking apartment since I was coming with kids. But the apartment far exceeded my expectations! The entire apartment was nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining room and rooms that were more than comfortable! We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered, and I must add that it certainly is worth every single cent that we paid.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is walking distance from the shopping district, which is good. So if u don't mind having to walk 10-15min, you can actually walk instead of cabbing.

I felt save and the staff was very helpful. Hotel has all conveniences with beautiful pool, bar, saloons.

nice location, had a 1 bedroom apartment for more than a standard room. very nice. kula lumpur golf and country club is awesome and 20 min away.

Beach Club. walking distance.

i spent quite some time checking on KL hotels on Agoda and i'm glad that i chose Prince Hotel. it is conveniently located near the malls. definitely worth the money as compared to the other hotels situated nearby. room was spacious, so as the bathroom. free parking for hotel guests too (have to check in before you can enter the basement carpark that is only accessible for hotel guests).

the concierge services were superlative - made restaurant enquiries and bookings, left reminder messages under door etc. room service was courteous and provided attention at least twice a day it would seem. guest parking services available for free upon endorsement by frontdesk. major shopping malls and eateries merely 5 mins walk away. six stars from us.

Good location but small rooms

The hotel is quite nice with a decent buffet breakfast. The location is good and just opposite to the Pavillion. One thing that could be improved would be pathways around the hotel. Not really the hotel's fault but worth noting as there is a path which you must take to gain access to other parts of the city. The path is narrow, rocky, quite primitive and somewhat dangerous. Not good for the elderly.
In-room wifi is pretty expensive but you can ask for access to the lobby wifi.
Generally, a pleasant stay.

Good hotel in a great location

Had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is good near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean and the amenities are good. The staff was helpful and assisted us with travel tips and locations to see as we were there to check out the city. I would recommend this hotel.

there really isn't anything to complain about when it comes to the prince. the location is great, the buffet breakfast is one o the best that i've experienced, the rooms are a good size and the bathrooms too. they have a great pool and although i didn't use the spa on this trip, i have in the past and it was fantastic. i would definitely stay there again.
