we enjoyed it very much, my son enjoyed kids center, my husban jym, and i enjoyed....laundry :) also very close to pavilion,big shopping mall with delicious hawker food on the first floor. also staff is very friendly and professional.
i do recomend it to everyone!

This is your standard international business hotel which meets most of the expectations. I predict a noisy year ahead for them and their guests though because foundation work for two large building has started on both sides of the hotel.

I arrived and was taken to the exucutive floor for an express check-in. The staff offered me drinks and light snacks while I was waiting, together with a refresher towel.
I was then taken to my room (which was a lot larger than I had expected) and settled in. The bed was incredibly comfortable...exactly what you'd wish for when you go on a holiday. Mini bar was free with the agoda package, and so was laundry (which I only found out about when I checked out and was looking for a bill for the clothes I had washed and dry-cleaned).
Concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transport and booking restaurants for myself and friends, when we had trouble booking the restaurant on our own.

stayed here 3 years ago, and staff still recognized us. really nice place to stay for a couple of days after arrival from europe to get used to the warm asian weather and different time zone. large clean rooms, and 24h room service for travellers with jet-lag who want a midnight snack

comfortable stay, except for the quality of the food, example breakfast is 'just average' and the chinese resaurant food is below par. Taxi service is good, especially the hotel staff goes all out to flag down a budget taxi and does their job with a big smile
