I would say the hotel is well maintained, decently clean. The room is spacious enough for two. There is good enough channel for guest to view. The bathroom is a very good size to give the room more credit.
Overall a decent room with a acceptable rate and excellent location. It is extremely close to Pavilion shopping centre and the Hakka restaurant. The two most go spot in Kuala Lumpur. The staffs are well dressed and well mannered.
